[ Weiss has been keeping to herself for a few days, really only having spoken with Ruby and Jaune so far.. but this situation has come to a climax. She can't take it anymore. She has to do something! Even if it means acknowledging the other people who may or may not actually be pirates. ]

I'm going to ask you all a question and one of you had better have an answer! Is there anywhere in this place to sleep that isn't full of smelly drunkards? Maybe a place with an ice machine that looks a little more like it's got zero chance of bugs.

[ Weiss's tone is dead serious. She has absolutely no tolerance for this quality of rooming. Bunk beds, dorm rooms? Fine. They're clean, warm, and more than comfortable at the top school for huntresses and hunters. They definitely aren't situated over a noisy bar. The other option was to actually get a ship and she wasn't going to deal with a tiny little dinghy-- that would probably be worse than the room. ]

I know my standards can be a little high sometimes... but there is absolutely no way I'm staying in a place that's not even fit for animals for one more night. [ The last three words are punctuated to emphasize her point. ]

Not on the island, unfortunately. Some of the inns are higher quality than others, but drunk people seem to come standard. [Pause.] And I don't think ice machines have even been invented here. You'll have to find a place on a ship.

But some advice? You're going to need to get over it. Or if anything else, allow such things to inspire you towards the shards.

Well Isla Empieza is a port town most of the inns are going to cater to rowdy sailors to drunk to wander back to the harbor to sleep it off on board.

The ships don't have much room for luxuries. I'd see if Back Water Brig stocks futons.

A futon? I suppose that'd be okay.. [ Not satisfying, but okay. She wouldn't have anywhere to put it though, she hasn't gotten hooked up with a ship yet.

Of course, the ships she's been on in the past.. they're a lot bigger than what this man is talking about. ]

Are all the ships small? It has to be possible to make money without pirating around here. [ She doesn't mind saving up, even if she's used to already having all the money she needs. ]

[Oh, Weiss. How he understands your plight. As much as he is go with the flow, and all, he is used to a certain amount of comfort. At least when sleeping was involved. And those Inns did not look very nice to stay in. He'd have taken to the outside if he had stayed in town if that was the only solution.]


IIIIIII completely get ya on that one. The best thing you can do is get on a ship. They're at least clean if you can upkeep them. Otherwise, I don't think I saw a single good place to stay when I was running around that place.

How do these places manage to stay open if there's not a single one that's clean?

[ It's a big question. Of course, if they're all crappy then there's nothing that stands out more. Clearly someone should just make a nice one and keep the nice one open, then run all the other ones out of business if they don't keep up with the cleanliness. Or even a yacht. Weiss should save up for a yacht and open up a mobile yacht hotel, clearly. You know, if she had plans to stay. ]
