Instead he skips all that and just lets out a relieved breath.]

[Then he's turning away from the journal to bellow at anyone in the nearby vicinity:]

[She didn't expect to ever see Luffy again, she tried to not think about it, it made the absence a bit easier to deal with than by clinging to hopes that could or couldn't be fulfilled. Even when she hears Sanji's call, she doesn't hold up hope, even if he's back it's very possible that he has forgotten about them, at least about the ones who weren't from his world. He may be a "different Luffy" altogether.

Despite that, though, she takes her journal to answer and welcome him back. She takes a deep breath and makes sure that her tone is calm and serene, ignoring for once the soft snowflakes that start to fall around her as she pushes her emotions down.]

I hope that that squid you mention is your food, rather than the other way around, Luffy.
