[This is like with Zoro all over again. Luffy is still Luffy, but he's a Luffy who has two years on Sanji and he doesn't really know shit about what happened in that time. He has a basic enough of idea of what they're dealing with where he's coming from, but Luffy himself? How he's grown in that time? What he might have gone through when he lost Ace? And now seeing his brother again so suddenly, very much alive...

It makes him grumpy, being stuck in the past compared to the rest of his nakama. They're all still the same people, of course, there's just...that gap.]
