Calling all able and willing ships.
Since it has been apparent that multiple ships will be raiding Isla Empieza, I find it imperative that we have a proper strategy. Even with all of us, we are outnumbered and, very likely, outgunned.
The strategy I have proposed is using magics and other talents to create a foggy mass, possibly stormlike in appearance, that will disguise our approach and fool the Navy into not firing a single shot until we are already behind them and at the advantage.
Though I am open to other ideas. Anything beyond a full frontal assault has some merit, but if you're going to suggest some suicidal blazing guns routine, I'm going to politely ask you to shove it and let the real strategists talk.
So. Suggestions?

I would suggest, for after combat begins, should it do so, a signal of lights -- so as to be seen through the fog -- to mark friend from foe. That way, if someone gets off course, they will not be taken for an enemy ship and fired upon in the fog.

We should draw some of their forces away from the town as well. Catching them by surprise is well and good, but we also need to keep them from regrouping and trapping us in.

And after we finish sneaking in, what then? I shouldn't think we'd keep skulking about on the island. I certainly don't plan to.

Our ship has had our differences with the other crews, but those of us over here have agreed that we can't let something like this stand! So we'd like to help...!
... You mentioned creating fog, and I think one of our crew can help with that! My girl- errr, Rikka has the power to create ice! Maybe if it was used properly, it could be used to help create fog!

Perhaps a detour to collect some insects and small animals first....
[She is suggesting something most hideous and horrible and rather dark and close to evil.]

We'll be relying on you and your flying ship for scouting.

You are a practitioner of the shadow arts, correct? Your talents and skills in this regard will be imperative.

I want to help, and I intend to help. There are enough fire and ice magic users on my ship, that between the ice and sea water, we should be able to boil up a decent amount of steam and fog. It may be more tactically sound to split up the infiltration to multiple different sides of the island to avoid suspicion, or at the very least, make sure that not all of will be sunk at once if discovered. I propose it would be logical to split the vessels into small groups of three or four, making sure that at least one vessel in each group can create the necessary fog or steam cover.

Re: [Voice]
Then by all means. Do you have another strategy beyond the one discussed thus far?

Got a question.
When you pull off this fog, how's it going to be for you? You gonna have to keep maintaining it on the ship until we're done?

You're getting ahead of yourself. The port is too strong for a blockade, and well guarded enough that attacking it is a fool's errand... if your goal is to raid it, anyway. Why raid Empieza? Why not somewhere else?

When you arrived, what island were you on? Those you've met so far, where did they pop in? You needn't bother answering, these are all hypothetical as I already know the answer. Nevermind its strategic position, it is imperative to our collective survival that the island remain a free port. The Navy intends to exterminate us, and until Ilsa Empezia is a free port, it has the greatest advantage in doing so currently.
