Crew Wanted
[Kyouya writes a little larger than he normally would, wanting to make sure that it's noticed on its page. Not just skimmed by, as he fears some of these things might be.
It still may be, but it's worth a chance.]
I am acting on behalf of Lady Maribelle -- the daughter of the duke of Themis and court magistrate of Ylisstol, trained in naval warfare and military tactics -- and am looking for those who would be interested in joining a crew.
What we seek are principled individuals, those who wish to find treasure but do it without engaging in acts of piracy. We intend to stand against pirates when they cross us, so those who have experience with battle would be most welcome. It is not, however, a requirement.
If you are interested, please either contact me through these journals or come to the Restful Night Tavern. I will have a table there to speak with you personally. I am happy to answer any questions.
Thank you for your attention,
Otori Kyouya

Re: Written;
I'll see you soon, Otori-kun.

Action;
Fifteen minutes before the meeting time, she runs her fingers through her bushy hair, pats down her school uniform, and makes her way to the tavern. It's too bad she doesn't have any nice clothes to make herself more presentable with, but . . . well, nobody has that luxury here just yet, right? There's no point in feeling self-conscious about it.
With that in mind, she pokes her head around the door. If Kyouya isn't there yet, she'll just go ahead and find herself a seat . . . ]
Action;
Still, he holds himself with pride. He has a good position, and he's meeting with a member of the crew he's joined.
The young man looked around as he stood in the tavern, frowning as he scolded himself for not having asked Aoko what she looked like.]

Excuse me! Would you happen to be Otori Kyouya-kun?

He bowed at the waist, then.] I am, in fact.
A pleasure to meet you.

[ She returns his bow politely, and offers him a friendly, if apologetic, smile. ]
I'm sorry, I didn't think to ask for your description when we were talking over the journals.

[His smile matches hers, an easy expression. One that hides a careful calculation of this young woman and the assets she brings to their collaboration.]
Please, have a seat. I promised you a meal, after all.

With another smile, she leads the way to one of the empty tables. ]
You really don't have to . . .
[ She'd feel badly, making him spend money. Especially when everyone has so little of it. ]

[Calm, cool, and collected. Straight backed and proud but almost serene in that pride. Not arrogance, no. And a kind of aloof warmness. Nothing direct, but nothing cold.
The perfect presentation, one Kyouya Otori had worked on for year.]
