*Faye will not have been seen on her ship for at least a day. She didn't appear the previous night when she was supposed to and there was no sign of her the next day. Late into the evening, though, a gruff male voice is heard from her journal*

We have in our hands a delicious little wretch who thought she could win us out of our money. The delightful bitch won't tell us who her crew are...so here's hoping you've heard. Unless, Faye, you can be persuaded to tell us this time?

*There's a heavy thud, like a punch, followed by a quiet, muffled cry as though made by someone with their mouth gagged*

So much for co-operation.

Bring a suitable price for her, or we'll keep her to ourselves. There's plenty of her to go around and our men are rather lonely... Be a shame to ruin such a pretty face too.

*He then barks orders for how to get to their secluded little corner of a warehouse on Corsair Kingdom. When he's done there's just enough time to hear him threatening Faye before the journal appears to be taken away*

*If anyone does come across the gang, it'll be clear that she's been taken by a large group of general ruffians - large men, good with knives, guns, and their fists, but nothing special. Faye can be found tied to a chair in a dark corner of the room. Her wrists and ankles were fastened securely with chain, and in her mouth is a thick rope slightly reddened with blood. Her eyes are closed but she's steal breathing. On closer inspection, her clothes have been torn slightly as if by a knife and her lip has been burst. Otherwise, she seems relatively unharned. Or, at least, uninjured*

[Thash had been doing his best not to worry about Faye.... She was a big girl, she could take care of herself. He didn't want to be digging into her business especially after she'd caught him worrying too much over her the other day. But when she didn't return to the ship at the expected time, he couldn't help but start to worry. She might get mad at him again, but he went to go look for her]

[hed have reached the building she was supposedly playing in and searched it, as well as asked most of the patrons questions before he heard his journal talking. Since it wasn't Faye's voice he almost ignored it, until he heard her name. Then the voice entry had his full attention]

Hey! Whoever you are, tell me where you've taken her right now!!

[he could try to track them down with his nose even if they didn't tell him where they went, but that would take time- time he didn't feel comfortable spending while she was in their custody. In the meantime, he'd try to encourage some support from his crew and made an entry to them]

Hey are you guys hearing this?! Someone's kidnapped Faye... I'm going to be looking for her so get your tails out here and help!

[probably not the most eloquent way to request assistance, but hey, he's half panicked]

Honestly, such abhorrent behavior. Some people simply have no class at all.

*As soon as Faye was back and her wounds were seen to, she went off to have a long bath. She soaked herself and cleaned herself until the water was cold, then grudgingly stepped out. Faye pulled on a pair of pyjamas and shuffled her way into her room. Too exhausted to think about food or drink, she just slumped down and sat on the floor, propped against her bed and staring at the floor*
