What do you guys do when you start to miss home? Or... worry about the people and the responsibilities you left behind, even though everything is supposed to be all right?

[Everyone's in the same situation, so Korra doesn't feel so weird admitting that she's missing home. She's lucky, she realizes, that she has friends that she made both at home and here to keep her company. But still...

It's not home.]

Isn't that what we're all trying to do? I can't even connect with anything spiritually, here... It's not like home is just a hope a skip and a cosmic jump away.

I don't know. Is it what everyone is trying to do? And if they are... don't they all have the same problem of not being able to connect spiritually? What makes you think that's the only way?

I mean finding the pieces of this crystal that's supposed to be the portal out of here.

I've... tried meditating on it. But nothing feels right, here.

Oh. Okay, yeah. That makes more sense.

[He actually thought she meant everyone was trying to find a way to contact their families back home. Oops.]

Is meditating supposed to help?

It helps me relax, sometimes. It was how I connected with my own cosmic energy before. I thought that maybe I could do it again, here, but... it didn't work.

[Was it through her own personal failing? Or a consequence of being in a different world? She wishes she knew.]

And that's the best idea I've had, so far. I thought that maybe, something that wasn't connected to... being the Avatar... would do the trick.

[She almost said Raava. Thankfully, Korra does have a bit of tact. And she doesn't really want to talk about the Light spirit right now, anyway.]

I wonder if that would help me.

Meditation isn't something I've ever really done... Maybe doing something else would distract you. How about I visit and you can teach me how to heal with water? I'll be able to use the Nav in three days.

I really hated it, for a while. But it's actually started to really help me clear my head. And sure, you can come by! We're... uh... a pretty rowdy crew, just so you know.

[It might be a bit of a culture shock for Mr. Spiritual...]

[His crew is pretty rowdy, too. And yes, it was a bit of a culture shock. Though, thankfully, there were familiar things like dragons and turtle spirits.]

I'm sure I'll be fine. I'll come as soon as I can. What ship am I going to?
