[Voice]

Hello everyone~!!!! It has been a while.

I hope that everyone's settled once more. I also hope there weren't that many casualties on our part and wishing for Dog's speedy recovery. Stay safe~!!!

[To the crew of Antoinette]
:
Everyone, we have a meeting later. Please meet me in front of the Wardroom!

We have much to discuss. [Plus, he needs to show everyone the new Kotatsu.]

[Private: Kaoru, Hikaru, Karen and Kyouya. Dated: January 30]
February is so close! We have a meeting in the Wardroom tonight. After Haruhi has slept! Make sure no one tells Haruhi about it!

For Tamaki:

It says a lot, probably, that it's just about half an hour after dawn when Kyouya appears on deck. He hasn't been sleeping, and it shows. Then again, he's been keeping to himself since their argument, nursing his wounds and trying to figure out how to bridge the silence.

But he knows none of the others are likely to be awake yet. Only Tamaki.

Who, thankfully, is up. And looking out to sea.

So, Kyouya walks over to him, silent as he leans against the rail. There's a lot to say, a lot to do, but he knows most of it won't come. So, instead, he puts his hand beside Tamaki's. Pinkie to pinkie, side to side. The faintest of touches. He won't do more. He'll leave that to Tamaki. Either to walk away or to take his hand.

His voice is very low, almost exhausted, as he offers:]

My mother and father never fought. At least, we never saw them fight. My father's word was law.

So... I don't know what I'm suppposed to do now.

[He knows he should apologize. But... he's as stubborn as Tamaki here. Neither of them think they're wrong. Why should they pretend they do?

He's just tired of this silence. Of this isolation.

General:

After his talk with Tamaki, Kyouya goes below and uses a small blade to afix something to the door of Haruhi's bunk.

It's a drawing, left for her and easily seen by others.

For the rest of the day, he can actually be found around the ship, up on deck, rather than hidden away in his cabin, only appearing for meals.]

Around sunset, Kyouya is on deck with his journal. He opens the book and writes in it.]

141 days.

Almost five months.

At least the witch is dead. Just in time, too, for the next wave of newcomers, which I'm sure will happen soon. Like clockwork, almost.

Hopefully we'll hear from Dog. She missed her usual day, but sometimes she does.

[A familiar, cursive script forms on the page of the journal; entirely indistinguishable from another journal-user's. Anyone unfamiliar with the knowledge of Kaoru's twin may be about to experience some confusion.]

So is everyone finished being crazy now? Don't bother giving me details - just a yes or no is fine.

[He leaves it unsigned; if people are still crazy, he doesn't want to give them any more information about himself than he has to.]

[There's actually no text included in this post other than what's seen in the 'map' Ryoga's drawn.

He's attempted to draw a map of his ship and has fortunately neglected to add his name to it. This isn't to say that he won't respond to taunting and jeering! He doesn't even know this isn't private.]

Given the situation, I've been thinking. I've been thinking if I should sit back and just watch as other people go to the fortress, or do I ask to join and run a risk of something happening because I was careless?

I mean, I know I still can't handle my keyblade well enough yet and honestly, I have no idea if I can even use magic or not. I'm not the best fighter over all, but at the same time...

I just can't keep sitting around and hoping that things will turn out okay. I have a goal in mind and I can't reach it if I just keep standing back all the time and letting people I know and care about go off into something dangerous. I want to help if the Spades will let me of course.

...

...

That wasn't the only thing I've been thinking of, but it's the most important, at least to me. If anyone wants to talk to me, I'll be on deck.

[It starts with a few lines. The lines take on a life of their own, though, and he keeps drawing until he's created an entire border.]

cut for image, sans writing )

[Inside the border, once he's realized he can't do any more around the edge, he actually writes.]

If I am understanding the situation correctly, the afflicted are unable to contact us.

I am willing to publicly offer, then, that the Antoinette is at sea starting today, and we are offering a safe haven for any non-combatants whose ship is going to the fortress, once we are called to battle. We are willing to offer room and board to any who require it in this trying time.

If there are those who would use this information to cause us harm, let me be clear: we make this offer in good faith, but you will be watched once among us. I am willing to take drastic measures should you attempt to harm anyone on board.

[Some time later -- about half an hour -- the drawing alters. He's borrowed a set of colored pencils from a certain pair of fashion-inclined twins. The vines of the roses become green, and the roses are colored. The offset pair become orange and blue while the clustered trio become red, white, and purple.]

(original art found here, the image drawn in the journal does not include the words along the bottom.)

[Somebody chose the wrong time to wind up in another world, apparently. Hikaru is currently more than a little unnerved by the events unfolding around him, and by the more recent entries in the weird book he's been given. He's not aware that he is currently making his own contribution to the book's pages, and is sitting on a barrel on the outskirts of the market on Isla Empieza.]

What the hell is going on here?!

I think I understand how I came to be here. [There isn't much inflection in her voice.] Does anyone know about the Ouran Host Club? Or anyone named Tamaki?

[She isn't going to take out her anger on anyone but him. Surely this is his doing. He really went too far this time!]

My name is Haruhi Fujioka. I'm in Class 1-A and -

I just need directions. [A map would be wonderful!] Thank you very much.

[Now onto a part meant for only Tamaki's ears, though she has no clue how to make it private.]

Dad, I'm going to rebel.
