[It's not that unusual for things to go completely pants on head stupid in this world; after his personality taking a 180 degree turn and changing into a child, swapping bodies shouldn't be too surprising. It did catch him off guard, yes, and he really does hate it, but the hope of it ending soon is helping him deal with this crap.
