We have machines that do that. They use electricity instead of any, um, telepathy.

That sounds kind of boring. What do you do for mail? We have seagulls in my world.

In this case, the easiest way to explain it would be like ships for on land or in the air. They have their own power source that moves them automatically and a driver or a pilot would steer them like a ship's captain.

Um... Electricity? They have engines that power them, so if it were like a bicycle, there's basically a machine that pedals for you.

That's creative. I wonder why the differences. Mah, then again, I haven't sailed all the islands yet, so I guess there could be an island with things like that.

In my world that sort of technology is all across the world. Well - I know there are some cultures that haven't picked up that sort of thing, but still, I would say it's more common than not.

I guess because most islands you can't get anywhere without sailing, yoi.

It sounds like a really interesting world. I wish I could see it.

I don't think I've seen enough of it yet, but there are things I like, so far.

But my world is a lot harsher than what I've seen of this place so far.

My brother punched a royal and they sent out the navy and the royal's personal guards. Back in my world, the response would have been instantaneous and lethal. I miss my other brothers, but my world is a rougher place. It's kind of nice and freeing here, eh.

That's true... It seems as though people here may be rude, but they aren't needlessly cruel. They're all bark and no bite, but that's a good thing.

Eh, most weak pirates are. They'll only bite what they can chew and go running if you give them a strong enough kick.

It's just finding out what a strong enough kick is that makes it tricky.

Well, I'm glad. I'd rather deal with someone who talks a little rough than someone who actually wants to fight.

Aye, it's just annoying, but at least it doesn't hurt. It makes me worry where the strong ones are though, eh.
