[Audio] ALL THE DRAMATICS! A cry for anarchy! This is war!
Pirates of the world, RISE UP I say!
This world claims we do not belong here! The people of this world say we have no home, no place on these seas, in this world! I disagree! [Oh lord, Marco's going full steam here.] My world had no use for monsters like us either! My world made it a sin and a crime for some of us to even be born. Well, to hell with that, say I! ARE WE PIRATES OR ARE WE COWARDS?!
I FOR ONE, BEAR THE FLAG OF MY FATHER AND BROTHERS! LET US TAKE OVER THESE SEAS, AND CLAIM OUR PLACE IN A WORLD ONCE AND FOR ALL! LET US SHOW THE WORLD THAT WE WILL NOT BE DENIED OR IGNORED!
Let us show the world that this era is OURS!
[AND WITH THAT: he lets out a huge phoenix cry of victory.] SCRAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWW!!!!
[We now return you to your daily journal entries of everything else completely different.]

[Voice]
[And disappointing.]
[Voice]
And it is what I said.
[Voice]
[Pause.]
I'm all in with punching the Navy, too though you should know that.
[Punching, punching hard enough that they may die if they aren't lucky...]
[Voice]
That was actually the exact plan.
I knew you had to be my twin from another world.
[Voice]
Is that a serious promise?

[Action]
[NO BIG THANG.]
[Sup Ikki?]
[Have a bro nod.]

[Action]
Even if that means letting this world become destroyed in the process.
Roxas doesn't want to die either, and when I found out why Thatch and Lea had a falling out I made it worse. And I told him I'm not going to accept just--
[He clenches his fist.] Holding them in memories so long as I can do anything about it. No matter what it takes.
If you could have all the time here, or traveling planes with Chandra and anyone else who wants, and then still go back to the war in your world without a problem, wouldn't you do it?
[Action]
No. I wouldn't do it, because I don't trust the enemy. Korra said that time hadn't moved when she returned temporarily, but I have no way to know if that holds true for my world as well. I was traveling to the past before coming here, I don't even know for sure if me being here was Davy Jones' power or just Chronos' doing, as the god of space and time he could do it without trouble.
As far as I know, time may still be running on, back in my world, the war may still be advancing. And my brothers may be dying without me being able to even know it.
[Action] 2/2
But.
If I had a way to know that time has stopped there, that no one is going to need me and die while I'm here or traveling planes... Or if Seiya appeared here. I wouldn't want to go back, not until I was satisfied by seeing Ace achieve his dream, whatever it is, or by seeing Seiya live as much as possible and more free than we have ever been, before we return and he dies.
[He names Seiya, but the same would be true for anyone else who died before their time, or even for those who still haven't died. Including Saori, even if he's not sure if she would be able to appreciate being able to just exist without having to fill Athena's shoes.]
Holding people in memories is what normal people say and do, it's their comfort because they will die as well, sooner or later. There's no risk for the memories to fade away and vanish, drowned by centuries. But we are not like them... And I think you should know better than to expect them to be able to understand that.
[Action]
I don't trust the enemy either, but I've spoken to many who've gone back. And many more who've arrived here at different times.
I assure you, it isn't Davy Jones or Chronos. It's the distance. The only way to fold space so drastically is to fold time as well.
Perhaps in a way we are spoiled then, for getting to choose something like this.
[Action]
The spoiled ones are the rookies who complain about being forced to be here, I'm sure most of them are used to having multitude of choices. Even if they refuse to see some of them as "acceptable" options.
[Action]
I'm told we shouldn't even be allowed here no matter how much we want to be here.
[Action]
[Why does it even matter?]
Maybe I dreamed it but I was sure that something similar was told even in your world. Why is it suddenly something almost new?
[Action]
I thought Lea felt the same and I only just found out otherwise.
[Action]
[Ikki doesn't want Roxas to die either, but it's not his fight and there's no way for him to make it his fight. No matter what, it's clear to him that Roxas will follow Lea like a little duckling follows the first thing it sees when it's born, even if it leads it back to its death.]
I thought that at most he would be the type of guy that goes "let them live as much as they can here while we find a way to return", but I guess it's not even that, huh?
[Action]
I don't.
I can choose better now, and I am. Why should I let him take Roxas back to dust?
I went over to find out what idiotic thing Thatch was doing. I was going to kick Thatch's ass, and then like always I found out Thatch is just protecting me again. Lea thinks we shouldn't this disrupt this world at all. Like fuck I'll abide by that. It's not our world? Says who? My world isn't my world any more than this place is. Are only those born on a plane deserving of the right to live it?! If so, then what about those who die there? HA!
[Action]
You know, what bothers me the most of that isn't that Lea wants to bring Roxas back to dust. I don't like that, of course, and I don't think we should let him do so, but Roxas... He's probably going to follow that guy to his own death no matter what we do or say, because Lea was one of the first people who talked to him or something stupid like that. It doesn't matter what Lea says or does, even if it annoys the kid, he's going to still run back to trail after him. And as much as it annoys me... I'm not nice enough to bring myself to give a fuck when someone walks to their own demise so happily and for such a stupid reason.
[In fact, it only makes part of him want to just go and burn them down directly since they want it so much.]
What bothers me is the bullshit about disrupting this world. It's not the first time I hear that and apparently no one realizes how stupid it is. And I don't mean in the "who says this isn't our world" sense. I mean it in the sense that just by being here we're already disrupting this world. Just by breathing we're causing an alteration. And most definitively, if the way out of here are those shards, collecting them disrupts this world in the worst way possible. It may even destroy it once a wish is made.
But that disruption doesn't count because it's the one they want to return to their worlds. Yet they dare to act as if they were saints and nice people better than you because they "care" about this world and don't want to trouble it. If they didn't want to trouble it, they would be killing themselves continuously until Davy Jones or whatever sent them back because they were useless.
[Action]
Aye.
[Runs a hand through his hair.] Roxas is a Spade, all the way. I wanted to get Lea to stay and now I don't even care, because I can't handle the idea of having someone in the crew who doesn't want to fight to let Roxas and Thatch live on.
[Action]
If Lea leaves, Roxas will probably go with him, Spade or not.
[He can't even imagine a different scenario unless Lea was to vanish from this world.]
Anyway, you know that Lea's probably not the only one who thinks that way, right? Even in the crew... And I'm not sure if your little message will work to expose them or to make them leave.
[Action]
Aye, maybe not. But it'll make it clear to them where those of us most loyal and firm in that loyalty stand. I'll not stop anyone from leaving, and Ace himself is willing to thin out anyone who can't tolerate our view, but this is a start.
[Action]
[He looks at Marco slightly surprised by the next part.]
He is? I wasn't sure he would be willing to. Though between this and what happened at the ball, I can see how it's a start.
