Hey! Korra, here-

Would anyone happen to know anything about fighting with swords? I got a pair from the "Krissmis" ship. I think they're Fire Nation... [not that anybody is going to have a clue what that means...] Broadswords, maybe? They look pretty old fashion, but they're in good shape.

I just have no idea how to use them. I want to, though! I could pay for lessons and everything.

That's the plan! We get the occasional hint, but other than that, we're pretty much on our own out here.

I can do that, although I'm mostly on this ship to cook. So doing that is my best bet.

Hey, most pirates eat like animals, so I'd say having a good cook is a pretty important thing!

I guess that's a good thing, except the eating like animals.

[Not eating meat had been a nightmare turned reality for Korra when she went to train with the airbenders.]

I have some manners at the table. I can understand some people who eat like that, though. I have a friend who can eat close to ten meals in about five minutes.

[Somehow, Korra had misheard the girl.]

Yeah, I was always told I had bad manners at home, but I'm nothing compared to these guys. It's... kinda gross.

You learn to deal with it because it's just how they eat. At least I've learnt to do as such.
