All Shepherds, meet on deck for tea time and discussions.

Keimi check in as soon as you can.

And yes, we're getting low on coffee, and cigars. I'll survive, [No, he won't.] but I still refuse to switch to tea.

For all you pirates out there, what did you lot do before you came here? Occupations, careers, whatever. I need to know what freedom you're fighting for, let's just say.

Every day of life is filled with choices. Fighting for their lives means that they are free to spend their time in other pursuits, of their choosing.

No one is truly innocent.

[Her voice is hard and quiet.]

Not of all crimes, at least, unless you wish to make the argument for young children. But they will in time grow up, and commit little crimes- or big ones. It seems to be the policy that potential criminals are just as guilty as active ones, and the children of criminals are treated just as guilty as their parents by association of blood, so I cannot see how you could possibly consider yourself a protector of the innocent when it seems there are none to be found.

[A long silence, then a quiet voice barely more than a whisper.]

That's reassuring, actually.

No. The whole message was quite clear.

[So much of her life would have been different, if more World Government and Marine officials felt the same. She doesn't know what Luffy did to warrant such attention from the Vice-Admiral nee Captain, but she knows him well enough to believe he had a reason- moronically intuited as it may have been, it was probably one he deemed good.]
