All Shepherds, meet on deck for tea time and discussions.
Keimi check in as soon as you can.
And yes, we're getting low on coffee, and cigars. I'll survive, [No, he won't.] but I still refuse to switch to tea.
For all you pirates out there, what did you lot do before you came here? Occupations, careers, whatever. I need to know what freedom you're fighting for, let's just say.

Tch. So you were a pirate too.
Re: voice
Well I couldn't stay under any other flag, not after the war.
With half of what my comrades and I get up I'll take pirate over some of the other things they could call me. Besides my family has always favored the skull and crossbones even those of us who were in the military.

What war?
Re: voice
[He sighs. How badly things went still strikes a nerve]
The machine men invaded. In the end the Federation pretty much decided to cut their losses and let them have earth. They sure were quick to get off planet put the blame on the independent fleet. Now worse things than Prometheum's expansionist armies have their hook in.
Re: voice
Wait... machine men? [Okay, now he's taking interest. Thanks to the pacifista and Vegapunk and Caesar Clown's experiments? Definitely taking interest.]
Re: voice
[As for the machine men. He's not really sure where to start explaining since he's talked to Luffy and well Luffy calls Isla Empieza Island Empizza.]
I'm not sure how much of this will make sense. My universe we're at a level of technology where people who can afford to can transfer their minds into a mechanical body. Most either quickly forget they were ever human or someone messes with the process turning them into soldier's for Promethium's armies.
Re: voice
Actually my world isn't too far off from that either.
Why did they invade?
Re: voice
[And who knows what the Metaloids are really up to in the shadow of the machine man empire. Harlock and his comrades have only just scratched the surface of that conspiracy]
Federation proved to be an easier target than some of the places towards the center of the galaxy.
voice
[And yet pirates are hardly revolutionaries either.] And you couldn't peacefully join them? Why be a pirate? I can hardly think you only target and raid the Federation's ships.
Re: voice
I've got a proper battleship and no loyalty to anyone besides my crew and a few comrades with transport of their own. They were going to brand us something. We just picked a title we liked.
I don't expect you to believe me but I'm not in it for wealth.
We do go after the machine empire. [Emeraldas is determined to fight the mother's that's practically disowned her. His best friend's in love with lady pirate. She's the only one he'll let fly his flag.]
Not too mention there's plenty of bounty hunters and other pirates that are stupid enough to mess with us. [You know real pirates who don't care who they attack and are lazy]
voice
[As good as he will get on this. As it is, it's way too many shades of grey that push him will outside of his comfort realm.]
