I apologise for my lengthy absence. I'm afraid I became rather ill, one of the symptoms being a severe case of fatigue. [What he isn't saying is how -- by combining low blood pressure with voluntary bloodloss, which led to anaemia. No one else needs to know any of that.] I've been trying to keep tabs on what's happened, but I may have missed some things, I admit.
It seems we're in quite a bit of trouble, aren't we?
On that note, if the crew of the Antoinette could please join me on the top deck, there's something very important we need to discuss. Thank you.

It'll be okay right? I mean, Kaoru is still with us.

[It's more sentimental than he normally lets himself get, but, in cases like this, maybe it's due. Besides, he can always blame it on recovering from fatigue.]
As long as we stick together, we'll be fine.

as long as we are all together, ne?

But Kyouya knew better than to say that, than to put it so bluntly how dangerous this place was. They knew it already. In more ways than he'd ever known.
He knew about disease, about injury... but he'd never imagined vampyricism.
Still, it was die alone or die together.]
We'll discuss what we do next with the crew. It's the only way to handle something like this, I think.

I hope it'll all be okay.
