007. voice/action for the katabami
I'm getting sick of staring at endless expanses of water day in and day out. Lake water, ocean water, it does not end.
And those bubbles.
If the sky should dare to rain, my mood will grow dark as the grimmest of storm clouds.
[If there's one thing this journal is good for, it's complaining into. His patience for water itself seems to have run dry.
Even if Mitsunari's accustomed to being at sea by now (he'd better be, having been here for over a year), he's no sailor at heart. The islands usually provide enough of a change of scenery that he can tolerate days at sea, but the Katabami's last stop, Mirror Island, was pretty much a giant lake. That he fell into. The magic bubbles from the beginning of the month were involved. This has probably contributed to his current feelings.]
...When will it be that it is my lord's silhouette I see upon the horizon?
I grow impatient.
[And homesick, perhaps, if you can be homesick for a world you only wished you lived in.]

[Voice]
You okay man?
[Voice]
[It might actually kill him to go an entire day without being melodramatic about something.]
[Voice]
But, jeez, you're... a little over dramatic. I'd offer you a drink if I were there.
[Voice]
[The last time he went anywhere near alcohol he spent the entirety of the next day with a miserable hangover. At the same time he discovered he was in the possession of a brand new marriage license with his signature on it. Sorting out what exactly had lead to that the night before was a headache in and of itself...]
You don't have the slightest inkling how I feel. Don't you dare presume otherwise.
[Voice]
But I'm a nice guy, so I'll tell the secret to not getting hangovers; a glass of water after every drink and eating something while you drink.
[Voice]
[He's not familiar with this phrase, but he gets the message. And because he's crabby he doesn't want to hear any advice, figuring it's meant to be patronizing.]
Go ahead and dig yourself deeper into this hole you've dug.
[Voice]
Really? You're the one digging the hole with your superiorty complex here.
[And he's done talking to this bozo]
