Man, I dunno how the heck I got lucky enough to end up with you, Faye... Heh I can't wait to show you what I've got for you tonight...but for now, you hungry?

[he stood up and moved over to lift the cover from the tray, revealing a plate full of fluffy, buttery large pancakes and several little dishes of different fruit toppings, whipped cream and syrup. Behind it was a smaller plate of toast and breakfast meats... Judging by his dislike for sweet things that plate was probably his]

Guess we're both pretty lucky.

*Faye sat up straight against the pillows when Thash revealed the breakfast and she smiled brightly, giving a small round of applause*

Tha-ash, get you! Turning into a proper chef. I'm impressed.

[he gave a short laugh] sorry to disappoint, but I didn't make these. I just asked a place near the harbor to have these ready for me to pick up this morning heheh.

[he lifted the tray to set it on her lap] care for some breakfast in bed?

*Faye laughed at that too, though she clearly didn't seem to mind. Either way, it had taken him some effort to get them, and it was the thought that counted. She took the tray and settled it carefully on her lap over the duvet*

No problem...[he sat nearby on the bed, munching on a piece of bacon]

This island and this festival are going to be crazy...the ship even got decorated somehow.

Yeah. Seems like this world goes pretty crazy for this holiday.

*Faye happily continued eating her pancakes, careful to mop up as much of the syrup as possible. Then a thought comes to her and she swallows, pointing with a fork at his box of chocolates*

Oh, yeah. Those aren't sweet chocolates, by the way. I had them made especially - they're delicious, but not too sweet, and in flavours I think you'll like. I know you're not a fan so - yeah, they're not the regular kind.

Wow, seriously? [he looked over at them]

I'll have to give 'em a try after breakfast. That's really thoughtful of you, Faye.

[he gave a warm smile] how are the pancakes?

*Faye just smiled and nodded at his thanks, still getting used to this whole idea of gift giving. But she did look very happy about pleasing him*

They're delicious! Sure you don't want to try some? They're almost gone?

Hmmm... They look really sweet. And soft...[neither of which was something he liked]

I guess it wouldn't kill me to try a tiny bit.

They are sweet and soft. What's so wrong with that?

*She winked at him before cutting him a small mouthful of pancakes*

*She leaned towards him, hovering the fork near his mouth*

Hm. I might like a sweet and soft girlfriend, but food, not so much.

I guess I'll give it a try though... [when she held the fork up to him, he took a bite]

Well...actually it's not so bad without any of that sugary stuff on it.

By the way, have you walked around the island much? I kinda checked it out a little last night and there's like... Chocolates laying around everywhere. It's kinda weird. They're going to have some nice stuff for the festival though...entertaining things like games and a labyrinth and sleigh rides. And romantic stuff like a dance and boat rides through some tunnel...

Random free chocolate? Sounds a bit strange to me... But hey - it's not like you like them anyway, right?

*Faye looked at Thash as he listed all the things that they could do, some sounding more appealing than others. She sat back as she finished off her breakfast*

What would you like to do today?

Right. It's just odd... Reminds me of the feast that put people to sleep on that doll house island...

Well the dance could be nice. I'm kinda interested in the sleigh ride too, since we didn't get to do anything fun the last time we were in a snowy area...

Urgh. In that case it's definitely a good idea to stay away.

*Faye glanced at the small wardrobe when he mentioned the dance and she smiled*

Both sound good. And I'm sure I have something to wear.

I'm sure you do heheh. I like what you're wearing now too...

[he moved a hand down to run over the smooth skin of her leg] Hm, did you ever think of anything you'd want to see me in?

I'm glad you do. It's part of your gifts too, you know.

*Faye leaned over to put her finished tray on the floor then wriggled out of the covers a little more so that he could get a fuller effect of he matching red satin set she was wearing. She grinned at the feel of his hand on her leg, then tilted her head at him slightly*

I did really like you in that tuxedo you were wearing at that weird house. You look very good in a suit. I think you'd make a great cowboy too - though that's not the kinda outfit for a dance.

Oh, it really is nice...[he took a few moments to admire what she'd uncovered, a slight blush coming to his cheek. then he sighed]

Sheesh... You're really truly beautiful. And completely irresistible...[at that he couldn't help leaning forward to place a few long kisses on her neck]

You like tuxedos? I might just have to get one to wear regularly to nice evenings...

And a cowboy outfit huh? Heheh... Would that be like...bedroom wear, then?

[funny enough that had been exactly the kind of thing he was asking about. He liked it when she wore nice lingerie...it was only fair to wear something she liked in the bedroom now and then too]

*Faye fluttered her eyelashes at him when he blushed, then her own cheeks reddened at his compliments. Her eyes closed and she moaned when he kissed her neck*

Mm..that'd be nice. We could do lots of nice things.

*Her eyes opened wide when he mentioned wearing it in the bedroom - she hadn't expected that he meant it in that way*

Uh - well - it's a..look that I like..

[he looked at her a little embarrassed when she sounded like she hadn't meant it that way]

Er, sorry I thought you meant it that way cuz that's kinda what I was asking. You wear this kinda stuff in here, and...what kinda stuff, if any, would you like me to wear in here?

... And if you didn't mean the cowboy look in that context, then when would I wear something like that? It'd look like a costume if I just wore it around regularly....

Huh? No, I mean, I did mean it in that way. I just - didn't think that that was what you were thinking..

*He's been getting bolder with these sorts of things though, she thinks, where the bedroom is concerned, talking about it too*

I mean, sure it would be out of place anywhere that wasn't a costume party.. But - I think you'd look...really good. Wearing a tuxedo would land you in here too... And I like it when - when you're wet..

*She blushed red at that and glanced away, feeling a little foolish with her ideas but hoping he wouldn't mind too much*

Anything else I could wear for you?

Heh, alright. I don't think that's gonna be a problem.

[he scooted closer, lightly running a hand over her leg to let her know it was ok- he didn't mind at all]

You? Hmm...I dunno, I really like this kinda stuff. You seem to pick out things that you look really great in. Especially black and red stuff...

[he particularly liked the velvety red she was in now]

Maybe I'll have to get you wet sometime too. [he grinned a bit] and we never went to deep into that idea of putting chocolate on you...I wouldn't mind trying that either as long as it's not super sweet

*Faye bit her lip, smirking as she moved closer to him, making it easier for his hand to roam. Her own hand reached out to touch his chest*

I do my best to pick things that I think you'll like...

*She blushed and laughed at that wet comment, then blinked with a wide grin at his mention of chocolate*

Wow, Thash, someone's in the Valentine's mood...

Yeah, I really am.

[he smiled and leaned closer, nuzzling against her neck a little]

I want today to be all about you and me...

*Faye lifted her arms to drape them around his neck, giggling as he nuzzled into her neck*

Mmm...Perfect. I like the sound of that..

Good. We'll make it a great day.

[he smiled and stared into her eyes a few moments before kissing her for a few seconds. He put a hand on her back and kissed her again, leaning forward to lower her down onto her back and kiss her more firmly]
