So this is how everyone's been communicating then?
Not to sound paranoid or anything but the last magically enchanted diary I wrote in that could write back tried to kill me so I'm just a bit skeptic.
But, I suppose this is as good a place as any to ask, where exactly am I?

...I saw a sign for the harbor. [Then he adds a healthy dose of sarcasm, just because.] Generally there are ships in harbors.
[action]
Well yeah, that part's obvious. I just don't think stealing one would go over very well. [ Though, someone at the harbor might have some useful information so he stands up anyways. ]
Come on then.
[action]
I was told by some random muggle in that cursed diary thing that we should buy a ship.
[Frowns when Harry stands up.]
Wait, you want to go now?
[action]
[ He pushes his chair in and heads for the door but stops as he reaches it for a fraction of a second to wait on the other boy. ]
[action]
You're the only one who mentioned stealing at all, Potter! I was simply reminding you, again, that evidently we came here with money. [Scoffs.] As though a Malfoy would ever need to steal.
And for fuck's sake, you're not seriously thinking we can take off with just the two of us, are you?
[action]
No, just getting the boat out of the way then we can think about recruiting more people. And honestly, you're going to have to be civil about dealing with muggles. They don't usually care much for racism.
[action]
[But oh, that's right, anyone else they go with is likely to be a muggle.
Stick with just Potter?
Or surround himself with muggles?
DILEMMA.
Give him a second, he literally sways on the spot and has to reach out to steady himself against the door, groaning the whole time.]
...This is literally my worst nightmare. Alright, maybe you and I can handle—
[NOPE. No. He can't do it. Every option is awful, because he's certainly not about to sail off alone either.]
...
Everything is horrible and I hate you. Just so you know.
[/DRAMA QUEEN]
[action]
[ He's not exactly thrilled with the arrangements either but if other people are on the ship it might deter them both from killing each other. ]
[action]
Well whatever. Details, Potter. It's still true.
[action]
[action]
...Cats, really, that's the best you can do?
[Weak attempt to recover himself, but then after that he scowls.]
If that's true, it still doesn't change the fact that he's got the right idea!
[action]
So you think killing people is the right idea, do you? You think Cedric deserved to be killed because he just so happened to be there? If that's how you feel then it would be the "right idea" for me to just leave you and join up with someone that isn't a spoiled rotten prat.
[action]
...
[Looks down after a moment, idly examining his fingernails.]
The papers say you're lying, you know. And even if you're not, Diggory never should've been there.
[Glances back up.]
Whose fault was that?
[action]
Voldemort's. [ He says heatedly. He'd never admit to Malfoy that he felt partially responsible for what happened to Cedric. It had been his idea that they take the cup together so if he'd have only been just a little more selfish then maybe... ]
[action]
Merlin, Potter, stop saying his name!
[Grumbles and shoulders past him out into the street.]
In any case, Fudge is a fool. Not that it isn't bloody amusing the way he's constantly eating out of my father's hand.
[action]
[action]
I will hex your mouth shut, so help me. It's like you want him to pop in for a chat or something!
[action]
It's a name Malfoy. Or would you prefer I refer to him as Tom Riddle?
[action]
[action]
...No. It's the twelfth of August. We don't go back to school until the first.
[action]
[But he lowers his wand slightly, too, his eyes narrowing.]
Oh...you've finally gone round the bend, haven't you? I knew it was only a matter of time.
