[He may be cut off from the ongoing research at home, but that doesn't mean he can't continue it here. The conditions that brought about the transfer of consciousness are completely different, but still something worth monitoring.]

I don't know what the effects will be. That's why I'm relying on you to give an account of any abnormalities you experience. I've been keeping close track of my own vitals in my own world due to repeated exposure to a similar condition.

And what condition is that? Did you switch bodies with people often or something?

My body was placed under the control of another on several occasions, though my consciousness only went dormant instead of the it being a trade. It's also become necessary for me to undergo this for brief periods of time to keep our primary weaponry powered.

Not the first time, but submitting myself for the research and to power the Valvraves was my own choice.

A better understanding of how what you call "magic" works and a clearer idea of how its fundamental particles function.

I'll admit it now, this type of magic is not something my world could do. I guess this worlds magic can however.

It should be possible, so most likely no one has figured out how to do it. The fundamentals are universal, but the applications will be different. It's not different from how advances in science and technology differ.

I'm not quite sure if I fully understand what you mean, but never the less I should get going. I'm on a ship by myself right now and so have to sail alone. Which isn't fine.
