....urgh. I like this place but it's weird. Seriously. Whatever this crap is, it better go back to normal. Anyone in the Bloody Roses hear me? It looks like I'm on isle Empieza for some weird reason in addition to being a fuzzy freaking forest animal. I'm gonna go to the Backwater Brig and use the nav to get to the ship.

Welcome to the crew. I'm Thash and I'm usually a shark hybrid but right now...well, you heard. Anyway, if I get on the ship and you try to kill me, I ain't gonna be very happy with you, new recruit. I might be furry little thing right now but when I get my regular body back you won't find it so easy to threaten me. So why don't ya chill out and leave me alone when I get there, agreed?

So... you really want me to believe any of this? You've got a long way to go. After all, I am a 'newbie'. How do I know you're not trying to take advantage of my new place and trick me?

Let's just think about this logically for a second shall we? I don't even know who you are so why would I be trying to trick you? And if I was honestly trying to be intelligently sneaky and impersonate someone, why would I make the bizarre and ridiculous claim that I'm them in a raccoon body? How would any of that make any sense at all?

That's exactly my point. This is so absurd it can't possibly be a lie. Why would a tricky imposter draw attention to himself by not only claiming to be a raccoon and showing up in a practically defenseless raccoon body, but by announcing it over the journal first? Makes no sense at all.

And anyway, my regular body isn't just a shark. Shark hybrid. I'd explain but...it'd be easier to just show you once I'm back to normal. Ask anyone on the crew, they'll tell you there's a sharky crew member.

Yeah it matters! My own dang captain's already determined to kill me, I don't need to get off on the wrong foot with a new crew member as well as have two people after my head rather than one! I won't blame you if you sit back and 'see what happens' since I can't prove my identity to someone new anyway... All I'm askin' is that you don't try to kill me. I'm a dang raccoon creature for crap's sake. If I meant harm to the crew I'd have a lot of trouble accomplishing that in this pathetic body.

[plus if she's any kind of warrior he won't be able to fight her at all... He felt so annoyingly helpless without his muscles, size, and sword. Even these tiny teeth were useless compared to his shark ones]

Yeah. Well right now I'm this furry little thing resembling a raccoon or a dog. If I happen to get changed back to my normal self before meeting you, I'm a basically humanoid guy with shark features including a tail, dorsal fin and gills. Name's Thash.
