[Voice]
[There is a rustle of papers, before an unfamiliar voice speaks up.]
Tell me about this journal. What is it really?
[There's a pause and a small grunt before Roxas' voice comes through.]
I don't know anything about it.
How about that...interesting tattoo of yours? Hm? [There's another beat of silence.] Aren't you hungry kid? [Another few beats.] Got nothing to say? What a shame. Bring him for execution as a worthless pirate.
[There is a click, the sound of a manacle being opened so they can move him, but it's a mistake. It's followed with a scream and then chaos. Another click can be heard and the sounds of a scuffle. The book hits the ground and there's a few other cries. The silence comes full force and there's a smear of blood on the journal as it's picked up and half shoved into a pocket. ]
[The respite is short because they're banging the door in. The sounds of angry shouting, gunfire and the clang of metal clashing fill the air unwittingly. Footsteps on the ground and a smug voice takes over.]
You're surrounded. Give up and die a much less painful death.
[Roxas scoffs. Surrounded? Please. Anyone near this base would see all at once an explosion of light, accompanied with the screams of people who dare stand in his way. Before the litany of escape is over, an onlooker would see another explosion of light and finally, smoke rising as he gets out of the building. He pulls the journal out of his pocket again, fingers smearing more blood on the pages.]
Lea. [Roxas is breathing hard from exertion.] I'm not sure where I am.

[Action]
Hiccup stays close to the dragon during the descent, hair blown back like whoa.]
All right, bud. You know what to do!!
[Action]
Holding his breath, he stands on the tree branch he was sitting on and holds up a hand. Summoning his strength, he pushes a little fireball into the sky as high as he can manage.]
[Action]
[Action]
[The position of the pedal shifts for the prosthetic tailfin.]
Here we go...
[Action]
[Action]
[Action]
–Is that him? It looks like him.
[Because it wouldn't be wise to shout at this moment. That would be bad.]
[Action]
It's so incredibly useless. If only he could summon something else that he could keep illuminated. Was the fire enough?]
[Action]
There's another flare to keep him on course, and soon enough, the dragon is touching down on the ground not far from where he'd seen the boy. He growls a greeting as he recognizes the boy he'd played with back on Port Chance.]
[Action]
Good boy.
[He then looks up to where Roxas is, motioning almost wildly to his fellow shipmate with a free hand, whispering as loud as he can.]
Come on!
[Action]
We're okay here. You don't have to be quiet. Um, what do I do?
[Action]
He glances around, ear flaps perked for anything that might be coming.]
[Action]
[Yep, back to normal voice.]
Just hop up in back of me, Roxas. You don't have to worry about the flying part.
[Action]
[He met Toothless but no one told him what he was or anything about him.]
[Action]
[Action]
[Action]
[He carefully settles himself behind Hiccup and hiding a grimace, he wraps his arms around his waist to hang on.]
[Action]
[Action]
Yeah, he is! And now you get to see how fast he can really go.
[Hiccup taps Toothless, quickly shifting the gears again with his peg leg.]
Okay, bud, we're good! Up we go!
[Action]
Okay. [He nods a bit.]
I'm ready!
[Action]
[Action]
Hiccup nods, holding on as they make their ascent.]
[Action]
[Action]
Don't worry Roxas, they'll be back among friends soon enough.]
