 [the sounds of waves gently lapping against the side of a ship can be heard for a few seconds before a slightly concerned voice can be heard]

hey.... There's people in the water. I dunno if they're a threat or not. They swim away when I try to confront 'em...then as soon as I get back i
on the ship, they come back! What the heck....

[he doesn't sound too happy about their presence, but doesn't know what to do about it. He almost wants to attack them but they don't seem to be doing any harm]

Anybody know what's up with this? Has it happened before to those of you that have been here a while?

[thash looked over at her, his expression a little hurt and offended] why are you assuming I'm thinking that...? I don't think you'd do that. And I also figured we'd be wearing a lot less if we'd gone that far. I'm more worried that I might have done something while drunk that I'd be uncomfortable doing while sober or something like that... When I can't remember and you don't seem to want to tell me, I have no idea what to think.

[he looked away from her, focusing on the bed in front of his crossed legs. He was starting to kind of dislike drinking if things were always going to be like this when he drank too much. At least his headache was starting to slowly fade, and with it, some fuzzy memories were coming back]

*Then it was Faye's turn to look hurt and offended, realising that even though she'd told herself otherwise, maybe all that had happened he didn't really want to do*

You kissed me. We wound up that way that we do sometimes... Touching and kissing. But this time - This time you kissed me..where you haven't before. Then you fell asleep on me. Okay? That's it. That's all.

*She sounded pretty snappy, though not because she was annoyed at him falling asleep, but because she was beginning to think now that maybe he'd be disgusted to think that he'd done any of that. Faye glared at her bare feet, then stood up beside the bed, not really sure what to do with herself*

[perhaos she'd be pleasantly surprised that he didn't seem disgusted at all] oh... That's all? Well okay then. Where'd I kiss you and did you like it?

[he seemed more genuinely curious than worried now. He'd started to remember that whatever they'd done it had been very sensual...but if it had only been kissing, then maybe he'd been worried about nothing]

Man, I hope I remember it. It sounds like it was nice.

*When he didn't respond in a negative way, Faye turned quickly round to face him. Her arms were still crossed over her stomach, but she looked genuinely surprised to hear him sound curious about it*

Oh. You kissed - my stomach, my hips, my chest...

*She flushed as she recalled it, and how good it had felt too*

And I liked it. A lot. It was...very nice.

[he gave a small smirk as she described it, looking over her. He assumed she meant he'd kissed areas where skin was exposed, but then how had he kissed her stomach and hips...? Oh yeah, he finally recalled lifting her shirt a little. That wasn't such a bad thought]

[he liked that she was blushing and at least facing him now, but there was still a slightly unhappy feeling lingering...he thought he knew just the thing to get rid of it]

So I kissed your stomach huh....liiiike this? [he suddenly sprung over to her and grabbed her around the waist, turning her on her side and kissing her stomach...only this time he deliberately did it quickly so it'd probably tickle her. He'd practically tackled her but had managed to do so carefully enough not to accidentally hurt her]

*Faye was glad to see Thash smiling, and she felt a heavy sense of relief that he didn't seem to hate the idea entirely. She could be brazen when talking about sexual things in the right context, but talking about just this in front of Thash kept her blush on her cheeks.

She was about to reply when he tackled her back onto the bed, and she gave a small scream of surprise, giggling when he quickly kissed her stomach. Faye lay there facing him, looking much cheered up already*

Close... But no, it wasn't quite like that...

[he laughed a bit, grinning at her reaction. But then his smile faded a bit and he sat up, rubbing the side of his head. The painkillers had helped a lot, but apparently the headache would come back a little if he didn't take it easy and it was currently throbbing unpleasantly. He also felt incredibly thirsty all of the sudden]

Heh...well, I'll have to see if I can get it right later, but right now...I really need some water. [he moved towards the edge of the bed to stand up]

*Faye sat up slowly, feeling particularly thirsty and hungry herself now that he had mentioned it. As he moved to the edge of the bed, Faye reached over his shoulder to give him a kiss on the cheek, her arm moving around him in a half hug*

Aww, you poor thing.

*While she was only teasing, Faye was surprised with how tender her actions had been. That caught her off guard, and she quickly moved to stand up herself*

Right. Water and food is a good idea, I think.

[he was also surprised by how suddenly compassionate she was. He knew she cared, but she wasn't usually so obvious about it. He smiled a bit shyly at her and nodded]

Yeah, I agree. [he got up to head that way with her]
