Where I'm from only two kind of people use anything else besides just their name when introducing themselves. Those who have a nickname or a preferred shorter version of how they should be called, and those for whom the title is more than just a fancy set of words.

[Besides, he knew a guy who fought with roses and knows well how freaking dangerous and serious those flowers can be. He doesn't picture her as an actual rose in a vase using the journal, but he doesn't doubt that she has enough of a rose in her if she carries that title with pride. Which is yet another reason why he didn't like her buttering him up, what was beautiful in a rose weren't just the petals but the thorns it had.]
