Hello, this is Captain Celestia Ludenberg of The Antoinette. For those of you who hadn't paid attention to the conversation Kaito-kun and myself had regarding "Scurvey Dog", allow me to explain. Thanks to the recent string of wasted questions we've dealt with as of late, I've decided that in order to ensure we do not waste yet another question, we should take a vote each week to decide what question gets asked and what person gets to ask it. Do keep in mind that both are important, as even the best question can be useless if the person asking it cannot speak clearly.

Originally I had planned to post this earlier, but due to the massive storm that hit our ship I had more important issues to deal with. We're all alright, for those who are curious. A bit shook up, but nothing major.

Regardless, onto the main point of this message. I myself will not be collecting the votes. Rather, I will be collecting the questions that each of you want answered, as well as the names of any volunteers who wish to ask Scurvey Dog the question we choose. Kaito-kun will be taking care of the actual voting, so look out for his post in a few days time.

So far, I have these questions collected:

1) What is the hard way of getting back home?
2) Why does Davy Jones want the ruby?
3A) Since we use the ruby to wish ourselves home, does that wish count for all of us or just the person who completes the ruby?
3B) If it counts for everyone, can those who prefer to stay here do so?
4) Which Nation does the navy hail from?
5) How the local sailors navigate by night?
6) What has been down to our bodies and powers?"
7) What kinds of weapons and tools does the navy possess?"
8) What information does the navy have on us?"

And that's it. I will update the list as time goes on. As for the people who wish to ask him the question, they are as follows:

2) Kuroba Kaito

Along with the questions list, I will be updating this list as well. If you have any questions, feel free to ask them here. I will answer them to the best of my ability; that is all.

Isn't it? I'm starting to wonder if all the grumpiness is merely an act he likes to put on, as he did seem to be concerned about us recently.

[Hopefully if he does care about us, we can use it to our advantage...]

He's like a cranky old grandpa! All "Grrrrr, you rascals with your shenanigans! Get off my lawn before I get the broom!" but you know he'll be sad when we're gone!

He really is. No doubt he looks forward to those weekly messages of his, as it allows us to bring in a bit of sunlight on his otherwise dark and cloudy existence.

Maybe he's lonely! He should come talk to us more! Except I guess everyone would try to ask him questions and he'd get mad. Poor doggy.

What a pity. Though he really did bring it upon himself if that's true. Answering a few questions can't hurt, so long as they aren't important. How else can we possibly hold a halfway decent conversation with him?

Right! Unless the ghost pirate guy put a spell on him or something. Do you think there's a spell on him? Maybe we should ask about that.

I wouldn't say we should ask that exact question, but rather why can he only answer one question as opposed to several, regardless of the content?

...then again, he seems to be doing this of his own volition. He could be lying, though even I'm not sure.

Hmmm, he'll probably say "BECAUSE I WANNA" and get all snarly. It's too bad we can't go visit him, because then we could bring him presents or something when he gets cranky.

Exactly. Perhaps it's for the best if we turn our attention away from him and focus on more important matters. Besides, it's entirely possible he'll reveal things about himself as time goes on, intentionally or otherwise.

Right! We just gotta figure out how to make friends with him! [Nevermind that that's...really not at at all relevant to this conversation. Hajime's having her own conversation, as usual.]

It's worth considering, but for now there are bigger things we need to focus on.
