Can't make gasoline without basic, crude oil. Have they even discovered oil deposits in this era?

I, have no idea what era this would even be back home. Oil’s been around for a while back on my world for a while, so it might be the same here.

It would at least be a step in the right direction. If someone could make a crude combustion engine, we'd be a hell of a lot faster on these ships. It'd be a supreme advantage over the Navy.

We have some in the supply hold, but if we need to get more, we'll have to make that island one of our own at this point.

Motorcycles use a lot less fuel than satomobiles, and Asami's the only other person I know that has a vehicle that uses gas. So it shouldn't be a big problem.

Any reason there's so much of it down there?

What does gasoline do?
