Hey everyone! This is Anise Tatlin, from the Friend Ship! ♥ This is pretty important, so pay attention! If you've found any painted eggs floating around, I'd really appreciate it if you can give them to me! Whatever you do, don't open them, okay?

[To nobody's surprise whatsoever, Anise is working herself into a tizzy trying to locate as many of the painted eggs as possible. This means ransacking the ship, searching under every rock and leaf on the island, and even wading out into the sea.]
[Feel free to run across her during her search or witness her annoyed grumbling whenever she opens an egg only to find it doesn't contain precious, precious money!]

[Sometimes, Codi makes very poor life choices. Such as starting egg-related competitions with children!]
Hmm...how about, if you get...100 eggs by sundown, I'll send you another fifty.
[voice]
[She had been planning to find 100 eggs anyway. Maybe even 200! And while Anise isn't sure if Codi's offer is real (and is actually doubting it a lot), it's not going to hurt her any if she wins the little game.]

Hold on! I wasn't done...If I find 100 more eggs by sundown, I'll still send you 50 more--but they'll be the cooked ones. The ones from last night.

[Actually, no, Anise doesn't really mind. She can always find some use for them (even if it's just selling/gifting them to some unsuspecting sod. Or tossing them overboard.]

[And she congratulates him on getting such a win-win bargain out of this particular conversation.]

[Codi would shake on it, but the journals make that difficult. They'll also make transferring the winnings difficult, too--for Anise. Because Codi is going to win. She is sure of this.]
