Sorry for my state in the last post, and thank you very much to those sweet enough to humor me, you're too kind.

Bepo, and Vyse, I have duplicates of my maps for you, assuming you both still want them.

For everyone else, I've made about twenty copies of various maps and directions to the Corsair Naval Masquerade Ball. Likewise, in the interest of furthering piracy rebelling against lawful order, I will teach the basics of ranks to anyone with enough brains to actually hold the knowledge. Remember, if you want to go, wear formal costume, and pretend to be part of the navy. Anyone in the Spades wishing to help infiltrate must be able to perform a correct salute and demonstrate ability to discern when it's appropriate. Those who cannot may help infiltrate as waiters.

Edited Addendum: Dance lessons for Spades unfamiliar with waltz, samba, and tango will be held every night this week. Namur's breakdance competition comes with a reward, but this style of dance is not acceptable for naval officers, sorry Nam-chan.

Because no one is ever useless. At worst, people just haven't found their place. The only kind of attitude I can't stand is rookies who think they know everything, so they think there's nothing left for them to learn. I'm still surprised fifteen times a day, and I've had way more days on the sea than I like to admit.

And ahhh... I just meant I'd have kicked you out if you weren't going to protect Ace's dream. Because then you'd be hurting my crew and I can't allow that. But you are part of the crew, okay? So instead, I'll kick anyone who tries to hurt you.

[Both hands up again.] I believe you. I was just relieved. Like I said. [A nod.] Not a bad thing. Namur really does need more help. And I don't punish people with tasks they don't like, because then they wouldn't do it well.

[Hmmm. The look he gives Marco is unsure. It's difficult to imagine that the people in charge of the crew don't really want anything from him. He's not used to it, he doesn't know how to deal with it.]

[He doesn't know Ace very well, Ace seems to find him confusing, but he seems like an okay guy.]

And you like the crew. So long as you protect the crew, you can do just about whatever you want.

How do you feel about swimming?

[He blinks a little.]

Well I haven't done it much, just when Ikki pushed me in. Sora must know how to swim because I had never done it before.

Anyone in the crew?

[He laughed softly.] Ikki pushed you in? Sounds like his style.

Well, if you want to learn more, or you want to see something pretty awesome, ask Namur to show you some tricks, okay? Not that you have to wait for the party, but I know everyone's pretty busy a lot, and that's a time I know he'll have free to show off, eh.

[He pauses a little.] Well not hurt like that.

[There might be a person or two he wouldn't mind fighting.]

Yeah he did. He said I was being dangerous and then he was trying to prove it.

[Sadly he didn't get to swimming at the beach as no one wanted to swim with him, but it was still fun.]

[Grins.] Spars are fine. But you probably don't want to spar Xifer, he doesn't fight fair.

Meanly. He probably won't fight you. When he does fight someone, he wants to rip their faces off, so if he likes you he probably won't fight you.

What race? [Has to play dumb!]

[He scoffs.]

He wouldn't get to rip my face off, I'm pretty good you know.

I raced Xifer on the beach, but he won. He's pretty fast. He's going to teach me how to talk to him.

[Shrugs.] Suit yourself, but he's hard to get to fight. He won't even fight me at all.

Aye? [Headtilt.] How's he going to do that?

Besides, after I fought Naesala, I should practice fighting someone flying. In case it happens again.

[Sound logic, clearly.]

Well...I don't know.

You can tell him that, but I don't know if it'll convince him. I think because of the way he fights. He only fights to protect something important, so it'd confuse him. But if you want I'll spar with you. But like I said, Xifer won't even fight me, so even if you beat me, you probably couldn't convince him.

[Another head tilt.] Do you have any picture books or encyclopedia? You can point to the words then and he can tell you them in bird until you can repeat them back right.

Otherwise, I can make you a list if you tell me the words you want to know.

Not even if I show him my keyblades?

[He doesn't think he's actually shown them to Xifer before.]

I have an encyclopedia, actually. Ikki got it for me to look stuff up in. I haven't read very much of it.

[A nod.] Even then. Like I said, you can try. [A shrug.] But he's particular. It's not about strength though. I never saw him fight my Pops either, and our Pops was the strongest man in the world. So I think it's a form of love.

Okay, if you dig out the encyclopedia, you can point him to the stuff you want to know, eh.

[That's weird, not to fight someone because you love them. Roxas understands love, a little bit. This however does not save Lea from his moods, or his keyblades when he's mad enough. They've crossed blades a couple of times. He's never wanted to seriously hurt Lea though.]

There's a lot of books in the encyclopedia. Can't I just ask him?

[He nods his head. Marco fights with Ace as a phoenix, but most of his brothers he tries to spare his wrath. It usually takes a lot to truly tick him off. And with Thatch, Marco gets brutal to force him to submission. That's not something he'd ever want someone who hasn't already dealt with Ikki levels of death and destruction to see.]

You may. Will you be able to remember it like that?

[Roxas maybe hasn't seen the same kind of levels of death and destruction Ikki has, but Marco might not be as pleased to know he was cutting down Navy grunts without even batting an eye with his keyblades.]

I think so. I think he said he was going to teach me hello first.
