[Written] It's been awhile...

I've been here awhile. Do you think people at home miss you?

I mean, I wonder if my friends miss me.

I know I didn't know them very long but I was glad to have them. They were so nice and welcoming. I miss school and having things to study. I miss my friends...even my stupid brother. I guess I'm feeling a little homesick. I mean, it's been awhile since animals have tried to chew on me. Who knew I'd miss that?

This place is really dangerous for someone like me. We had a fight with the Navy and I was completely useless. I was scared then. I've been scared here a lot. What am I supposed to do in a situation like that?

Ah, I'm sorry for disturbing everyone by writing out my thoughts.

Okay. I'll be there as quick as one could say Hocus Pocus.

[It really wasn't long before she arrived via the nav.]

Okay, hello there. [Looking around the deck, unsure as to who exactly she was looking for.]

[It takes a bit of time for Hachiken to come out of the galley, just because he was busy when she appeared. He's wiping his hands with a tea towel.]

Hello!

[She gives a small wave.]

Sup. I'm here to help you with your phone problem like I said I would. So you just show me where it is and I'll be happy to help you.

Thank you, I really appreciate it.

[Hachiken smiles and reaches into his hoodie pocket to pull out a flip phone, before handing it over.]

[She carefully takes it, flipping it open and looking over it for a bit. Yes, she is studying it a bit as it's a little different from her phone. Once she thinks she's got it, she waves her hand over it magic soon flowing from her hand to the phone. Within seconds it appears to have worked.]

And that should do it. Here you go. [She closes the phone and hands it back over.]

[Hachiken opens the phone again and gives her a bright grin.]

Thank you very much. I'm glad that it's working again.

Don't worry about it.

[She figured she might as well help people who are homesick like her from time to time. It's the least she could do after all.]

It should last a while at least. Longer than a normal phone battery.

I'll take good care of it so it doesn't run out too soon.

[Hachiken smiles and pushes a few buttons on his phone before turning it around to show her.]

This is Pork Bowl! He was the first piglet I named at school.

[She leant over slightly to get a closer look at the picture. She had to admit he did look cute.]

He is cute and you had piglets at school?

I went to an agricultural school, so we had piglets, cows, horses and chickens.

[He flips to another picture of a big white angry looking horse]

This is Chestnut. He is temperamental but he's the horse I ride.

Ah, that actually makes sense now you say it like that.

[This kid really liked his animals, while it was a little odd she liked the fact that someone at least cared for them and that was a good thing.]

I see. So he lets you ride him at least.

Yes he does. He's been well trained by the teachers to let students ride, but he really doesn't seem to like me much at all. He's amazing though.

[And one more picture, because he can't help it.]

This is my dog. His name is Vice President. I didn't name him that though, it's just what happened. They were calling him 'Vice President's dog' and it got shortened.

[She gave a small smile. Okay the dog she admits is adorable.]

He's cute, though that is a strange name for a dog. usually to hear names like Fluffy to something silly.

Oh yes, I know. I'm not sure what happened, his name just...happened. [He smiles and shrugs a bit.]

The whole club takes care of him.

Given the type of school, I am not surprised that a lot of people take care of him.

[She guess there are many different types of schools suitable for one type of purpose much like hers was.]

It's a good thing, he likes to have lots of company and the little thing around his neck is so people can donate money to keep him fed. It really works, especially when people come to visit the school. I think it's because he's so cute.

[She gives a light chuckle.]

Yeah I can see how it works as well. But hey when it dies again let me know, okay? I should be getting back to my crew.

I will. Thank you for coming.

[She smiled as she made her way towards their Navi system, setting up before she gave a little wave and was back on her own ship.]
