It looked to be weird bottles with tiny writing that said Dr. Dan's Fizzy SugarJolt and other words that were too small to read but it didn't matter so he drank one

and then fifteen more.

And now he is sitting on his special seat on the Million Merrily, seemingly still but anyone with a keen sense can see his vibrating softly. Anyone with haki can tell that contained with in him is the combined efforts of sixteen energy drinks swirling in the pit of his stomach and ready to be unleashed upon the world--

Over the journal, though, his voice is calm, almost preternaturally so. The kind of stillness you get before the storm]

[Toshio doesn't even do anything while he attempts to sweep. Well, until he hears the broom knocking into the counter causing other important projects to reach their untimely demise.]

[Then like a switch he snaps and hooks his arm around Luffy's neck, squeezing hard and pulling him away from his desk and his research. His other hand grabbing the broom handle and attempting to rip it from him hands.]

[his arms stretch to accommodate and his grip is pretty strong]

I'm trying to help, old guy! What are you so mad for? I'm good at sweeping only I can only sweep out on the deck cuz Nami gets mad if I try to do it inside since I break things.

[tries to tug broom away]

[It takes him a moment to register the stretching but when he does...]
