Hi, everyone.
*At least she doesn't sound so grumpy today, though her voice is somewhat more timid than usual*

I think I upset a lot of people yesterday. I was mean to people who really, really didn't deserve it. So...I wanted to say that I'm really sorry.

But - if everyone was doing opposite stuff yesterday, then, I guess, at least that shows that usually I'm a nice, happy, friendly person, right?

*There's an awkward laugh at her attempts to make light of her situation. She'd been pretty mean to people she hadn't even met, too*

That doesn't make it okay, though. So, again, I'm really sorry, and I hope that people still want to be friends.

*She's just going to leave it at that for now. As for those in her crew, they really shouldn't expect to see her face today, because she won't be showing it anywhere. Staying in her room seems a little safer, for now*

[And then he remembers about Kairi, and how she didn't seem to remember any of them.]

Does she still not remember us? [If not, then he'll wait or help until she does.]

[He rubs the back of his neck at her question, not feeling so reluctant to say anything. With Selphie looking so eager, he's even more sure that it will feel too embarrassing to reveal.]

I just got it today.

*Selphie shakes her head slowly and glances towards her bedroom door where they'd had their conversation just yesterday*

I didn't exactly make it easy for her either. But I bet it's a time thing, and maybe her memories will come back soon.

*She blinks at him, head tilting ever so slightly in a way that was both a little confused, but also understanding*

Do you mean about Kairi coming back? So now you don't haveta feel so bad about it anymore? ...Oh. Wait, no. That was yesterday..

You're getting closer. [He simply watched as Selphie took guesses, retrieving his shirt if Selphie is done with checking his wounds.]

Oh! I know!

*Her eyes follow as he goes to pick up his shirt, then she looks again at the various dressings on his body*

It's cause I healed you some more, so soon you'll be able to go sparring again! But you don't wanna jinx it in case your back takes longer to heal than you expect.

*She gives a nod, very pleased with herself for having figured it out*

No, that's not it, either. [She looked so proud, too. Aya puts on his shirt, feeling that he can move much more easily into it than before.]

Bummer. *She screws up her face like she was trying to figure out a puzzle. What might he have received today that maybe he didn't have before? Selphie blushes at the thought, but leans in anyway*

Was it...maybe...this?

*And she closes the small space between them with another kiss, careful not to let her hands roam round to his back*

[When Selphie closes the space between them, Aya stills in his movements. It took a few tries, but her guess is what he meant. He returns the kiss, bringing up a hand to her cheek. Once its done, Aya pulls back only slightly, smiling at her.]

More or less.

*Selphie looks into his eyes then, looking rather triumphant, perhaps with more than just finally guessing right. Since they're so close, Selphie drops the volume of her voice somewhat*

Don't worry about jinxing it - there's plenty more where that came from. And you're more than welcome, any time.

*But then she glares at him gently, very obviously teasing, but she means what she says too, judging by the blush*

But you shouldn't be so sweet when you've been sitting there shirtless. It's very distracting, you know.

[At least he didn't have to say it aloud. With a nod, Aya smiles with relief.]

Thank you, Selphie. The feeling, and offer, is mutual.

[At her last statement, Aya gives an indignant look. Oh, he's aware she's teasing, but still!]

You were the one who said strip or else.

Careful, Aya, I'll hold you to that.

*She winks and grins, because even though she was still a little nervous, especially since her self-esteem bashing, if he's with her long enough he'll note that she's only all too happy to give affection, and to receive it*

He-ey I needed you to take it off so I could heal you. Besides, I wasn't gonna go take it off myself!

With how angry you seemed, I was sure you would have. [Aya smirks at her with a chuckle, putting on his shirt. Finally.]

*Selphie blushes a little at that, glancing away as he puts on his shirt*

Yeah, well. You were being stupid so what did you expect?

*There was always also the concern of how he might have reacted if she had actually taken it off herself. She doesn't want to freak him out*

More of a lecture, not being told to strip. [Aya finishes pulling the shirt down and smiles wryly to her.] It's nicer than a lecture, though, so I can't complain much.

[He walks towards her and places a hand on her shoulder.]

I'm decent, now.

So, in future, instead of lecturing you, I should just ask you to take your clothes off?

*She kind of blurts it out as a joke, but then she realises what she's said, and it is pretty embarrassing.... So it's a good job that she has turned the other way. She clears her throat when he puts his hand on her shoulder, and she turns with a sheepish smile, nodding*

Mmhmm. Pretty decent.

I wouldn't mind... [It seemed a lot better than a lecture in his opinion. Aya thinks that over for a moment before she turned towards him.]

*?! Selphie didn't expect him to say that, and she looks rather shocked, but she gives an awkward little laugh*

Aheh...okay so...I'll try to remember that.

[He notices and starts off to try and correct...whatever he meant.]

Who would want a lecture, right?

Well, yeah, exactly.

*Selphie just smiles at him, knowing that she's capable of giving lectures, even if they don't always have a lot of logic to them. That, and she's been on the receiving end of many lectures before, and it does feel nice*

I'm sorry - if I annoyed you before. You just need to...realise that you deserve better than you think.

[He shakes his head softly at her apology.] You're right. I've been working on that, but probably not hard enough.

Don't worry, I'll help! For now, you need to concentrate of keeping that back healed up. And Kairi's back now too, so you don't have to worry about that anymore.

*She grins and gives a playful nudge*

If you start to worry about yourself some more, that'll take some of the load off my shoulders.
