Dear magical journal thing that I'm feeling slightly more ambivalent towards as of late even though your pages are continuously filled with useless drivel that I can't be bothered to read,

I recently acquired a broom.

It's not as good as my Nimbus back home, but it'll do.

P.S. I also purchased some chocolate frogs but one of them seems to have gone missing. Do feel free to alert me if you hear any out of place ribbits on board, but really, they've usually only got one decent jump in them so he can't have gone far.

Are you sure? I haven't heard of a fairy tale where wizards used brooms to fly~!!!

What is a muggle? Is that another name for commoners? Also, what do you look like then. If not green, is your skin pink? Purple? Red?

Same here. Imagine I heard from one of my crewmates that some of them consider barrels as appropriate living accommodations. Even the places they call their apartments are much smaller than our bathrooms.

...Well, it doesn't have stars on it. [But the rest of that is pretty accurate. He sighs.] But yes, I have a wand. And robes, and my school uniform includes a pointy hat, but I've none of that stuff here. Aside from the wand. I had robes, but they were rather impractical for this kind of setting...

Barrels? What unfortunate person would ever want to live in a barrel? Back home, my family has a mansion in Wiltshire.

So that means you really look like an ordinary folk right now. Except for your wand and your broom of course. That would make sure you don't attract too much attention, right?

Yes, Barrels! I hear a lot of poor folk live in barrels and place their belongings inside. Apparently it conserves space. My family owns a couple of mansions in Japan, and one in Paris.

Yes, there's also that. But really, it's just that my robes were impractical, like I said. All this manual labor and climbing up the rigging and such. They got in the way.

How odd, I've never heard of such a thing...

Your family must be very well off, then. We've a summer home in France, so I've been to Paris before.

Well off, yes. Our family is the richest one in Japan. [The Suoh group was certainly exceptional. Tamaki merely being wishful that someday he'd be worthy enough to gain the title of heir, as Kyouya mentioned.] Perhaps when we get back to our world, we can invite each other to our family's balls and events.

I do use magic. But chores are still manual labor in any form.

[But it's mostly that climbing up to the crow's nest thing when he's supposed to be on watch. Robes really weren't the best for that!]

Are you telling me you don't have to help out around your ship??

...Yes, perhaps. Though that's probably unlikely, my family doesn't exactly socialize with Muggles.

Well I'm the Captain, and for the most part they tell me I have other duties which I should focus on. [Because Tamaki and chores, would lead to a massive headache for the rest of the crew. Or at least they think it will for the most part.]

I completely understand. Just in the same way that the head of our family utterly disdains anyone who does not share a similar social status as we do.
