It has come to my attention that your crews are having difficulty with members that have been possessed by an outside influence and that you are hesitant to kill them. It is the most effective solution to the problem and you are causing unnecessary complications.

If you can't do what must be done, I offer my services.

And where have you seen anyone express interest? I haven't received any offers.

It simply hasn't come to that for many yet. That, or they're shocked that you would give such a talent away for free and have their reservations.

Unlikely. Most of the objections seem to be on moral grounds and because of excessive attachment to the possessed.

I very few of them were actually pirates before they came here. They're operating on a moral code that's not relevant to their current situation.
