1st Dime $ Arrival on Isla Empieza $ [VOICE]
[Without any warning or provocation a voice sounded over the journals. The most notable aspect of this broadcast was the rich Scottish accent that accompanied it.]
I want some answers, and I want them now.
[The irritation was evident in the way the words were emphasized. Despite the brief message from someone going by the name Scurvey Dog, Scrooge McDuck was not satisfied. The magical journal wasn't the most unfathomable part of this scenario. His inventor, Gyro Gearloose, could have concocted something like this... and if it actually was magic, well he'd run into enough of that within his life too.]
I demand to speak to the man in charge..............
[There was a slight pause in words, but he had one more thing to say before he was finished.]
Jones has some nerve kidnaping Scrooge McDuck. He obviously doesn’t know who he’s dealing with. Time is money, and I don’t have any time to waste. Now where is this blaggard?

[Is he teasing? He might be teasing.]

[Voice]
[Or you might be full of it. It's hard to tell really]
Is there anything useful you can contribute?

[Voice]
[It's as simple as that]
So you're one of the slimy varmints that's actually going around calling yourself a pirate...
[Voice]
[Voice]
I'd better invest in a harpoon.

Sheheh! Think I can get him t' pay me t' leave him the hell alone?
[Voice]
[Not that he would have paid him anything anyway]
I gave you too much credit when I only called you a halfwit.
[Voice]
[And yep, he sounds damn proud of it, too.]

[Voice] (Fine by me!)
Brigadoon! Other people can hear what we're saying to each other?
[Because really.. he hadn't learned that conversations were only private when you decided they should be, yet. This was an important lesson to learn! A good thing he hadn't been giving away any trade secrets!]
[Voice]
[Voice]
Ooooh I see how it is then. That definitely should come in handy.
[He sounded as pleased as if he'd just found another diamond mine]
You must know the lunkhead, to be enjoying this at his expense. [You couldn't have been laughing at me]
[Voice]
[She was totally laughing at you, Duck Guy.]
And yeah, it can be pretty helpful. It's like your own phone, minus the static in the reception.
[Voice]
So I'm realizing.
