[Right now, Leo's just using his journal as a convenient sketchpad. He's scrawled all sorts of things on it, in a fairly illegible handwriting. Either he doesn't know that the journal shows other people what he writes in it, or doesn't care.]

-Taking down wall = BAD IDEA. Widen doorway, turn off-kitchen into study? Food-thing.
-R1+2 = Rooms for 2 people.
-Turn Crew Berth into 2 or 3 rooms
Need wood - buy here, or take 3+ days to chop trees+make usable wood. weed.

Have sandpaper, need finish+paintbrush.
Glass-bottom would be nice, but no materials.
