It seems like things have calmed down since I arrived and with that time to stop and think I've realized I'm not in Germany any more and that I'm very, very lost.

So thinking like that, I thought that I would look around. I only ended up even more lost, which doesn't really help. I hope it doesn't mean that I'll be lost forever because I don't want to be. I'm not exactly one that's known for their survival skills, but if that's what I'll have to do from now on, then I'll try my best.

[fngisbfk, seriously Finnian hasn't a clue how voices suddenly appear in this journal, but this time it's someone he doesn't know, or at least doesn't recognise.]

Um, there are a lot of trees at least. I quite like it here actually. If it didn't get darker the further I went though.

Dangerous? But how, it's just trees?

People go missing there, and the locals are afraid of it! Just stay put, okay?!

[there are no more replies, as Mana is well on her way. Eventually, however, Finnian would hear a young girl's voice crying out]

HELLLLO! ARE YOU OUT THERE?!

[He turned his head slightly. Standing up and waving into blackness. it;s not like she can see you yet.]

Over here!

[that was enough for Mana to pinpoint his position... she soon came into view, in Cure Heart form, dashing towards Finnian with a smile on her face]

[She shakes his head, putting a hand behind his back.]

I don't have anywhere because this isn't where I was meant to be.

[Mana laughed a bit sadly]

Unfortunately, that's true of all of us right now. If you like... there's a place for you on our crew, if you're interested in helping to keep and protect the peace of this world!

[Protecting the peace. That sounds like something he could do.]

Could I really join?

Of course! I'm sure everyone would love to have you join!

[he smiles a bit, pretty much close to sparkling if he could.]

Then I'll be happy to join, but uh... What exactly is it that I will do?

Well, we'll have to see what you're good at! But I think you should get a chance to see the sea as much as anyone, Finnian!

[See what he's good at? He knew one thing and that was he wasn't good at a lot of things due to his ability to either break things, or simply forgetting. Though the only thing he knew he was good at was mashing potatoes,. but that's not really helpful here. But it made him happy to know they might have some faith in him at the moment.]

I'll try my best to be as helpful as I can.

[He nods, but he refrains from taking her hand, mostly because he was rather nervous that he could break it. New people means not sure how much strength one can use yet.]

[Another that's done voice and yet the young man still has no clue how it works. It's a journal, they shouldn't work like that. Then again other people should see what you write in it either but that's a different matter.]

Trees. Lots and lots of trees.

There really isn't much to say about my surroundings except it's dark and there are trees.

I wouldn't't know much of what it was like except about the language they speak, and that's only so much.

Germany. I was there with the young master.

Young master is the most kind master.

He lets me go outside and he isn't mean. He's the best master I could ever have.

Outside of Nuremburg.

I grew up in Heiligenstadt, that's about 60 km to the north in upper Franconia.

Um... I don't quite know where that is exactly. But what was it like there for you?

Well as a boy it was nice. Looking back because of the castle and the fact that it's been so unchanged by time it's a bit of a tourist destination.

I've never been there myself but it certainly does sound nice. So you must have lots of people.

It was a small town really. [it was like living in the middle of a restoration village. The novelty of it had warn off by the time he'd reached his teens.]

How small is small?

I think the population was down to a few hundred people when I left.

I see. Oh, maybe if I ever get back I could possibly go there and see.
