Week 0, Day 1
Using this given book as a personal log.
Name: Garrus Vakarian
Rank: Turian Hierarchy Reaper Task Force Leader (as of this entry)
I’ve woken up in plenty of strange places after a night of shore leave, but this is new. Still trying to wrap my head around what’s going on. I’m putting my money on a simulation of some kind. Probably Reaper or Cerberus tech or a weird form of indoctrination. From what I remember, subjects tend to hear some sort of whispering. That’s not creepy at all.
At the risk of sounding like that freaking Prothean, the town’s culture, technology and architecture is primitive and human-centric. I doubt they have any kind of water purification or dextro food, so the environment is obviously not turian-friendly.
Gonna have a look around. Simulation or not, I’m hoping they’re friendly.
And that I can find someone or something familiar.

[Is what he would be all happy happy joy joy about if he weren't a suspicious butthole]
Not exactly feeling too welcome here, Joker.
voice
[Does sarcasm help? Because Joker has lots of that.]
voice
[And Garrus has plenty more to add onto it]
voice
[Didn't you miss him, Garrus? For those few hours that you weren't around him?]
voice
[He didn't miss Joker as much as he needs this banter right now, but hey, at least it's kind of close. A little.]
Re: voice
[It's a little normalcy amidst a bunch of crazy. Joker kind of needs it, too, especially with all the Shepard duplicate weirdness going on.]
Re: voice
Mind catching me up to speed on that one?
[Time to pop that normalcy bubble]
Re: voice
[beat]
No, seriously, I've got nothing, Vakarian. Beats the hell out of me how we got here.
Re: voice
I'm not even sure this is all real, if we're going for complete honesty.
Re: voice
Re: voice
[Joker does bring up a good point, though. If this was a world tailored to trying to indoctrinate Garrus, it'd be a lot more turian-y]
[Unless there was some serious reverse psychology going on]
[...yeah his head hurt at the thought of that]
voice; hope you don't mind the threadjack?
voice; i never mind threadjacks
[WOW okay so there weren't any diagrams or anything for 'how to talk to somebody who's totally supposed to be dead'. Somebody really needed to make a pamphlet or something, because this shit was awkward.]
Yeah, it's me. The one and only, accept no substitutes.
no subject
Did anyone else make it here, or is it just you and Garrus?
[ooc: same thing I said above- I just dropped the game, sorry! but didn't want to just leave you with one tag]
