[Mitsuhide is far too tired right now to write neatly, and if he can't write neatly, he won't write at all. This is why he had opted for using the journal's ability to transmit one's voice, something he isn't hugely comfortable doing. Needs must, after all.]
[His voice conveys just how tired he is; the zombie outbreak in Port Chance has been challenging both physically and mentally.]
My name is Akechi Mitsuhide, and I wish to enquire if there are any ships currently docked in Isla Empieza with crew who would be willing to accept two passengers through their Naviraimant within the next few days. I would be deeply grateful to those who could help. Myself and my companion will not spend any time aboard, we merely wish to return to the island as soon as possible.
[In truth, the samurai feels somewhat awkward about making a request like this, but it has to be done. In order to take the next step in his journey with Lord Motochika they need to return to the place they arrived, and this is by far the easiest way to do so.]
Our intention is merely to gain a ship of our own with my dear friend as the Captain. He is a true man of the sea and a commander of navies; you could not ask for one more experienced in such a role. I am certain those without experience in life at sea would benefit from his leadership and guidance.
[A pause, and then he adds in a softer and somewhat concerned voice:]
Thank you the crew of the S.S. Mignon. You have been kind to us, and I shall not forget you; pleased keep in touch. I know there is plenty for you yet to learn and I do not wish for you to feel uncertain about seeking our guidance at any time.
[And if it seems like he's avoiding mentioning his 'dear friend's' name, well, he is. Not for any malicious intent at all, and he will give it if asked; Mitsuhide is merely wary about a certain new arrival to this world...]

[He sounds grateful too.]
All I and my companion must do is activate the Naviraimant in our former ship and we may step through. Fortunately, merely receiving people to one's ship takes up no energy, unlike sending them out; this is what I have been told.

[since it would be pretty annoying to be kicked in the face when you first got here]
[voice]
I shall do. My gratitude is yours.

[It's not that Mitsuhide dislikes parties per se, but so many people to whom he is a stranger? He's a little uncertain about the idea.]
I am not much of a companion at parties, but thank you all the same.
