So... You remember when the shards seemed to set things on fire? It seems the one I had instead of doing that thought to burn me instead.

That is what I get for wearing it in the first place, but anyway my question is simply this. What helps with the burn marks one might have acquired because of those shards?

Also I thought people should know that I've considered getting a new ship, but I'm not certain that is a smart idea all things considering. So I was curious as to what others think?

That would depend upon the reason for getting a new ship.

The other one I have is too big. I though of maybe trying to join a crew or getting more crew mates, but both have not been the most successful all things considering.

So I have chosen to just downgrade instead.

I suppose that's a sound idea, provided you don't get rid of it entirely. If your crew swells again, you'll wish you had the larger boat.

I kind of doubt it will, honestly. Plus always having the money right now is more beneficial than keeping around a boat I may or may not ever use again. Besides, I'd rather have a clean slate.

What degree burn do you have and how big? If you'er not blistered aloe helps. If you have blisters you nee to keep the area covered in sterile gauze.

It's pretty much the size of the shard I have, which isn't that big but you can still see the burn. Let's say the burns aren't as bad as someone with server burns.

Yeah I guess! And oh, I've seen that but usually they use buckets I think. [he hasn't really stood up close to watch that kind of thing]

They can use buckets I suppose but probably for really mall fires.

What if you had really big buckets? [he doesn't know what else you could put on a fire to get it out] Unless you just sucked up a lot of water... [that could work]

I don't think they have buckets that would be big enough. [She isn't sure how exactly this conversation came about... Then she remembered why.]

That's what the hose is for... I think. I'm still not use to a lot of Earth's things.

Oh yeah a hose is cool, too. But I think a huge bucket would be cooler. Or just spitting it out. [he thinks about this] Maybe I can ask Ace to make a huge fire and try it. [that could be a lot of fun!]

I can't really say which, but I guess it's something to think about.

Anyway, Katabami's not a bad ship. We go some pretty interesting places, and while there's a lot of grizzled characters, I've never detected any prejudice.

Not really since I've never used bandaids nor would they actually work on a burn.

Considering we're on different ships there is probably a reason for that.
