Whoever took me from the airport and dropped me in the middle of what looks like the set of a pirate movie, I'm going to hunt down and shove my high heel up their ass. At least they could've brought my luggage with me! How do they expect a girl to survive with out her Versace, Prada, or Gucci!? [Not to mention her spare gun, knife, and extra ammo that were enchanted so that TSA would ignore them were in there. Those would have been very handy in this place.]

If I end up missing Fashion Week in Milan I'm going to be extra pissed. [Well really, she was just starting a mission but no one needs to know that. Still, it will cause a huge mess back home if she were to go missing before she even starts.] I'm a busy woman, so I don't have time for this crap.

Hey now, that "impractical crap" is pretty damn comfortable and is not going to fall apart after one wash. Besides, the best time to get it is when Bloomingdales has a bit sale.

Eh, it makes sense. The main component that enabled us to really reach the stars landed in China by chance. They were the first to have control of it and the first to really utilize it. Kinda' gave them a huge economic advantage.

I'll just keep it simple and say people from Earth. I'm originally from a collection of worlds which are known as the Homelands. Earth is just where I happen to be living at the moment.

Well, in any case, getting luxury anything around here is pretty hard. Synthetic fabrics aren't even a normal thing here, as far as I know. Maybe on some of the more advanced island nations.
