13 ♫ Voice [Locked from Crocker]

[Musa plucking the strings off of something, checking that they were in tune for a moment or two all the while she was talking. She defiantly had something on her mind she needed answers to.]

I have a curious... wondering so to speak. [She stopped what she as doing as it all went quiet.] With what happened during the whole body swapping fiasco, I've been wondering if there was anyway for someone to not be able to get on ones ship using the nav.

There probably isn't, but a girl can dream, ya know. But I do have something I want to ask of the crew who a certain Mister Crocker is apart of. It might seem a little silly, but would you please keep an eye on him? I'm somewhat concerned that after he figured out what I am that he'll might do something.

I'm not saying it for my safety, far from it actually it's just for his own safety more than anything. I would not be responsible for what a friend of mine would do. [Yes Dust she is talking about you.]

With that question out of the way, I'm wondering if anyone has come across some interesting islands? We've been to a few ourselves, but I want to know what else is out there that could be more interesting than singing catfish.

Anyway, we just got back from this place that gives you clothing and then all sorts of weird stuff starts happening when you wear it! [He sounds genuinely excited by the prospect]

Yeah, he seems to have an obsession with what I am and finding that out is... How do I put it... I've seen what people who are somewhat similar to him can do and they were annoying to begin with.

[She paused for a moment, she felt like she had to say something about the whole clothes thing.]

Clothes that makes weird stuff happen when you wear it? Like what exactly? Makes it sound like the clothes wear the person instead of the other way around.

Well, good luck with avoiding him then. I'll keep an eye out too. [If he doesn't like what she is, after all, there's a good chance he won't like a tanuki either.] Anyway...yeah, it was something like that. Like wearing a sailor uniform totally made you have powers like a magical girl in a manga.

Was this one of those cloud islands? because I think I went to one of those with the ability to be a magical girl.

No, the fibers of Georgia. So I guess there's at least two islands that want you to turn into a magical girl. I knew this place was kindof like a manga but I didn't know it was kindof like more than one kind of manga!

Sorry to admit but... I have no idea what a manga even is.

Not sure. Can't say I've read too many foreign comics. Less superheroes, I guess.

Sometimes earth confuses me so much on some matters. This has to be one of them.

Well what are comics like where you're from?

We don't have any. We are a world based more on music than things like that.

A world based on music sounds pretty cool...but does that mean you don't have any visual arts at all?

Not really, no. I don't mind thought because I love music.

Are you a musician?

I am. After all my dream was always to be a singer.

Considered using these journals to start a band, then?

No, I did throw a talent show but that's about how far I went with it.

[She's already done that band thing so it wasn't something that sprung to mind before.]

Maybe in the future I'll do an actual concert though.

I'll let you know, but yeah knowing what he did while in my body still haunts me. [There aren't enough baths in the world that will ever make her feel better about it.]

So long as he doesn't do what other fairy hunters have done in the past, I should be fine. Hopefully.

I agree, but sadly there will always be someone who abuses power be it their own or someone else's. it's not cool

And we'll just hope things will be okay, so long as we keep an eye out and make sure he doesn't do anything. That is more for his safety than others.

I'm what one would call in other worlds a fairy. He seems to have a... Interest in them that isn't exactly normal and I don't exactly want to deal with a fairy hunter again.

As for what he did, using my powers is about and used them against my crew. Thankfully though, my crew could handle themselves in such a crisis, but still.

I'll talk t' 'im. If you're talkin' 'bout what I think yer talkin' 'bout he oughta know better by now. If he don't I'll give 'im a taste a the shit I jus' gone through. Yer prob'ly jus' freakin' out more'n y' need, though. Jus' got done fightin' a bunch a shitty slavers an' I hear tell he was pretty mad 'bout the whole thing. Y' don't get mad at slavers when yer a slaver in yer heart, catch me?

I dig ya on that one and maybe I could be overreacting, but when I've dealt with people like that before, it's best to just deal with it now before anything were to occur.

I hope though everyone who dealt with the slavers came out of it okay?

I don't think of it as a game. I call it keeping the peace and hoping that nothing comes of it. Before you say something about it not being peaceful or something, I know it's never going to be peaceful, but I am trying to avoid possible future conflict between crews if I can help it. If that isn't possible, then it's nothing new to me.

As I said I am saying this more for his own safety than my own. That isn't playing a game that is putting others safety first.

Just because I ask doesn't mean I'm actually scared. Being concerned about ones intentions is another matter, however. Just his weird obsession with fairies is just eerie.

Well, I suppose you could always ask him about the whole thing, whatever it is. Maybe clear the air between you two.

Could, but doubt that would actually help him. Also would think he'd try and put a net over me or something.

I don't think you'll have to worry too much about him. And if he's really that dumb, then I'll make sure he doesn't get away with it.

I really hope I don't have to worry about his safety should he attempt to come aboard, but I'll believe that he won't... At least not this soon.

I totally get that. Kind of felt like that speaking him since that one time his blue prints were put on the journal.

He's supposed to be an inventor, or something.

Oh, I figured that one. Just inventions involving fairies... Is a little creepy for me because I am a fairy.

That makes sense. I'd be worried too if someone started talking about inventions involving mermaids.

I wouldn't wish it on my own worst enemy to be honest.

I kind of hope that's all he does though. Although I hope no one ever does an invention involving mermaids, that would be terrible.

I'll destroy it myself, if it ever comes to that.

That's exactly what I would do. Glad to know we at least think alike in that action.
