what the HECK?! What'd I do, piss of Davy Jones or something? Eat some strange food? Walk through some... Cursed fairy magical stupid crap?! WHY AM I A....[he paused to look at himself again. Just what the heck is he?]

FURRY RACCOON THING?!

....urgh. I like this place but it's weird. Seriously. Whatever this crap is, it better go back to normal. Anyone in the Bloody Roses hear me? It looks like I'm on isle Empieza for some weird reason in addition to being a fuzzy freaking forest animal. I'm gonna go to the Backwater Brig and use the nav to get to the ship.

We are, although the strength is dwindling a bit recently. [Because they didn't have appointed leader. And when they tried to pick one fight broke out and, of course, Swain won.]

My mother used to prepare with the cooks good fish whenever we had very important guests over. I don't think I can prepare it her way, but I can try. With you giving me a hand of course. You can catch few shrimps for Faye- I think she'd enjoy some fancy sea food.

You want me to give you a hand? [he thought at first she only wanted him to catch the fish, but the way she'd said that sounded like she wanted a hand cooking it too. If that was the case he'd be flattered...he didn't consider his cooking skills good enough to share much, but then again...]

I have gotten some compliments on my cooked fish recently. I guess I could try to help...and yeah, Faye does like fancy stuff. I've caught lobster a few times and it seems to get eaten pretty quick.

Of course! If the fish tries to escape as I try to behead it, someone needs to catch it. [...is she getting better at jokes? Thash can freely tell her to shut the hell up if she's being too 'smart'. Of course that will finish with a brawl but they both like that so there's no damage.]

Well you can catch both of it for her, I'm sure she won't mind either of it. [Faye reminds Kat of Cassiopeia in a way... before she turned into a goddamn snake.]

[he chuckled a bit, recognizing her attempt at humor] so that's what you need me for eh? [he decided to attempt a joke of his own. Kat didn't seem like she'd be too sensitive to take it] Mrs. Warrior can occasionally get the best of shark hybrids but can't hold a fish still long enough to kill it?

Yeah, I'm sure she won't mind at all. [he wondered a bit why she was mentioning Faye so much...maybe they'd just become really good friends? That was cool] Have you ever tried lobster though? I think it's pretty tasty but humans seem to really love it.

[Kat lost a bet to Faye recently so she might or might not be thinking what the woman is planning as "punishment". She was already forced to buy short, tight, green party dress and another set of heels. So yes, she's floating around Kat's head.]

I did and that's quite expensive food where I live. Of course, to you, it seems like nothing. You can catch whatever you want.

Heheh yep... Restaurants often charge a lot for fish that are 'rare delicacies' or hard to catch or prepare...but no fish are very hard for me to find or catch unless they just literally don't live in the area I'm searching in. In fact I've been making a little money on some of these islands that way...

That's a really good way to earn some cash on the side. You are probably the only one I know that is able to earn money like that with no expenses. People that sell fish like that usually have to use boats and nets and lose a lot of time.

[he nodded] yeah, or set underwater traps or sit around with a pole and fishing line. I don't know if I'd have the patience to fish like humans do, so it's definitely convenient that I'm so naturally good at it.

[he scratched his head a bit thoughtfully] I guess amongst all the disadvantages of being a shark freak, there's a few advantages there, huh?

There are disadvantages at being human so don't look at what you are from bad side and use things you have to the fullest. [Quite... encouraging speech from someone that kills people on daily basis in Noxus. Then again she has spot as commander in Noxus's High Command so maybe the leadership (of sorts) is kicking in? Just don't question it.]

[he was also surprised to hear something so encouraging from her...it was nice to hear, though. It was times like this that he not only valued her skill and helpfulness as a crew mate, but valued her personally as a friend as well. Though...he wasn't usually sappy enough to say stuff like that directly.]

Um, so...guess I should go get fishing. I'll be back in a couple hours probably. Won't take me long to catch some good stuff, heh. Sometime in the next day or so, we'll have to try cooking like you said.

[he turned towards the exit, ready to go make final preparations and head to the deck]

[Don't rally the teammates, rally the enemy- basic soldier stuff, nothing important. It became part of her so she doesn't give her 'encouraging' words a second thought.]

[Thash gets slap on his back again as they both head towards the exit of the galley. She has some target practice to do.]

Heh, no guarantees. I've never been much of an optomist but I get by somehow anyway.
