To whom it may concern, currently en route to an island known as Marble Tear:

I have it on good authority that the island is inhabited by a singular entity of living stone. This creature moves inhumanly quickly, and has developed a taste for living flesh. I have the capability of neutralizing it indefinitely, and will do so for the duration of four hours after the arrival of my crew to the island. Those seeking the token must find it within that time frame, and any subsequent altercations or treasure hoarding must be concluded by the deadline as well. I will not guarantee anyone's safety from the indigenous predator after the four hours are up, so if you and your crewmates are not off the island by that time, I suggest you don't blink.

We survived thankfully, but it meant a lot of walking backwards and quick thinking and obviously figuring out where she was at the time. She moves when no one watches her, but if no one knows where she is originally how would we know she wouldn't find us?

I'm assuming that whoever made that post about Marble Tear is a Straw Hat since I haven't heard the Bone Boys' crew on the journals at all... and I saw the Straw Hat ship arrive at Marble Tear a couple of hours ago. If anyone's interested, I'm going ashore to look for the token.

[Why did he only get around to reading this entry two hours after it was made? It may or may not have to do with how crappy he is at reading and how little he actually reads the journal...]

Since I was a little late seeing the entry, it's possible the Straw Hats ahve found it already, but you never know... there might be something else on the island worth bringing back to the ship.

If anyone want to come along I'll be on the deck in ten minutes. If I'm not back by the time that Robin woman stops restraining the stone beast... don't come looking for me.

I have every intention of getting back to the ship in time, Faye. I'm just saying, if I don't make it back and I get mauled by some creepy statue monster, I don't want anyone else on the crew to get attacked by it in some attempt to retrieve me. That would make it a lot worse.
