Considering what is ahead, and our generally fluctuating state, I feel we should prepare ourselves more so. Also, I feel perhaps we should... make an effort to understand each other more than we do.

We have many skills and know not the limit of them, nor how to utilize them in strategy. Though we have done well so far. Let us work together to hone our skills like a fine arrow, able to strike through to the heart of our enemies and opponents.

Of course I do not say this with nothing to offer. There is a game from the world I had experienced before here, in the land of Gensokyo. They are quite antagonistic and make a game of combat. This method of which they use is useful for many applications, I feel if those who could use that method aboard this learned of its ways it would do us greatly.

I and to an extent Tojiko can help instruct the system.

What is thy word on such a proposition?

No, it's still fighting, and you still very much get hurt. You're just less likely to die.

Well I said less likely. You can die playing any kind of physical game. Why, I've heard of a man dying during a particularly intense game of cuju.

It's a game from China. Two teams, using only their feet, attempt to kick a small ball into an opposing team's net.

How did someone die doing that?

They collapsed from exhaustion and died there on the field.

Indeed. But death is part of life. And I would think that player was happier going to his death doing something he loved, as opposed to anything else.

It is real in that it is used in the same way deadly combat would be, however it is not deadly and one must not fear for their life. In this it creates an environment where everyone can be considered equal in a world where abilities and powers differ greatly.

However like all things as such it is also used as a pastime and a means to settle petty disagreements and used as a simple formality. Even Kyuudo is used as a sport, though the bow is an instrument of war.

As for how one participates, it is complicated in theory, but simple to execute. Magic is used however, so those unable to cast such spells or learn how, sadly, would be unable to participate. It may be simpler to give a demonstration.
