What do you think is better: a world where there's a place for everyone to perform the role they're good at or a world where everything is totally up in the air and anyone might be called on to do anything?
[It's a deeper philosophical question than she's actually aware of, she's mostly just put out about a few things that Celestia told her about wanting to be a follower instead of a leader.]

[The first thing that springs to mind is the disaster of leadership that lead to the battle of Sekigahara. Some people just shouldn't lead, even if circumstances put them there.]

One where people can choose from what's up in the air to do what they want best?

It never fails, they somehow get knocked over. However, I'm stubborn. I keep trying. One day I aim to get it.
If you want to do something badly enough, just keep getting stronger at it. My swordswoman back home is a complete clutz, she's nearsighted, and she's damn near killed me with tripping over her own swords, but every day she gets a little better at it and that makes her stronger than anyone with natural talent.
Only you can decide if it's worth extra effort, but if it is, then it doesn't matter if you have to work extra hard at something.

I think as long as you try your best, you really can't go wrong. You never know what kinds of things you could be good at...if you only do what you know you're good at, you might miss out on something.
