Dear fellow kidnapees and more importantly my esteemed comrades who aren't actually pirates onboard the
Sea Princess,
I've decided that since we're going to be participating in this race and it's obviously of a competitive nature (and I am nothing if not full of TEAM SPIRIT or some other such nonsense), that we ought to have something to show our support! For ourselves. I managed to get half my school wearing these during the Triwizard Tournament last year and all parties who were represented on them ended up winning! ...That it ended in a tie is a load of bollocks, but I digress. They can truly only bring us good luck, though, you see?
[...Never mind that half of said represented parties ended up dying. Ahem.]I have taken the trouble of creating badges for us!
Really, they're rather brilliant. And they can be worn right on your shirt. You may all feel free to pick one up from me, and I will leave a stack in the galley, as well. They can be found next to the bowl of Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Beans, which are quite a treat if you haven't yet tried them.
And if anyone else on other ships would like a badge, I can certainly send you one by
owl whatever they use here. Carrier seagulls or something equally ridiculous, I'm sure.
The badges say GO SABERS in glowing green letters.
[And they flash to say "Potter Stinks" in luminous red letters when you press them. For reasons.]Now go forth and sail hard, Howling Sabers!

Draco MalfoyP.S. And in all seriousness, I really must thank those of you who sent me gifts for my birthday last month. I am now in the possession of a new outfit unlike anything I've seen in this world yet, as well as a set of Quidditch balls. Among other things. This puts me one step closer to being able to actually play a real game of Quidditch here, and I shall look fabulous while doing so!
