Anyone have good remedies for nightmares?

Nakama. You'll still have them, of course. But nakama make them easier to bear. If you don't have those, well, I've found that drinking until you pass out is also a viable alternative. You'll wake up with a hangover but if you have dreams at least you won't remember them.

Nakama means crew, mate. Or friends, family. Various levels depending on who you are and who they are.

And a hangover... Drink booze until you pass out and find out for yourself. I suggest tequila if you want to get it done quick.

Oh, right. That Luffy person mentioned that before.

Yes, I have a few I could consider 'nakama'.

When one is in an unusual situation such as the one we are in, it better to be prepared for anything.

What kind of tea? [There's a pause in her writing] And I don't think coffee is suppose to help.

Why the heck wouldn't coffee help?

If you want to get rid of the nightmares, not sleeping isn't going to help.

Why wouldn't not sleeping not help the nightmares? If I don't sleep I won't dream.
