[Some recent activities have brought a certain issue to the forefront of his mind.]

I have a question for all of you....

If your crew were to gather all of the shards- what would you intend to do with them?

[Knowing all that they did now, it was possible that someone might try to use the power for ill-will. Not that anyone’s answers would alter Ratonhnhaké:ton’s plans. The shards, like Washington’s scepter could fall into the wrong hands. He wouldn’t trust it or them to anyone.]

I would prefer not to kill anyone either.

Such decisions are always difficult. Hopefully it will not come to that.

Yes, preferably it will be avoidable.

[.. But Itachi is right.. there is every possibility for this situation to turn south]

As long as everyone remains calm and reasonable.. it might be possible for some agreement may be struck.

It's in everyone's best interest for that to happen. However, I'm willing to admit that not everyone agrees on what their own best interests are.

[Such is life.]

My hope is that this is the one thing most of us will agree on.
