And normally this would be a frightening, hair raising horror. Because werewolves are scary, right? But something about this just sounds... lonesome.

For those on the ship, there's something cool about watching her take up a perch, howling at the moon's elegant light. Some might even say she looks gorgeous in that light, in spite of how she tries to hide how furry she gets during the full moon...

Though eventually, she realizes that she had meant to put something else in the journal, before her instincts took over. At least none of them could see her, but... Hopefully no one would ask what that was.-

Um... Can we just pretend none of you all saw that? That would probably best... Sorry to wake any of you up! It's one thing to do this on a ship, but for everyone out there in the ether to hear it too... How embarrassing.

I didn't really have anything in mind. I'm just... I'm lonely. And maybe I was thinking we could just watch the moon. The sky is beautifully clear tonight...

It is, isn't it? There's something very...soothing about the view, though I'm sure your view is better than mine considering where you are.

I would, but I'm not exactly dressed for climbing. Though I suppose I could return to my quarters, change, and then come back.

Silly, you can climb in that. Besides, I can help you. With the moon like this, I'm at my strongest. -She crawls down a bit, extending an arm to her captain.- Just hold on tight, okay?

No, no. I'm quite alright with changing my attire and climbing on my own. Lifting me won't be necessary.

[All the more reason to do it anyway.]

-Yep. In one swift motion, Kagerou manages to get down far enough to scoop Celestia right up, as if she barely weighed a thing, carrying her up to her perch and holding on tight.-

[Yeah, her composure is totally gone. Because seriously, why are you touching her.]

W-what the fuck are you doing?! I told you not to lift me up!! Have you gone DEAF?!

Come on, don't fuss. I've got you, okay? You can trust me... -Kagerou allowed the captain to settle, still holding onto her securely.-

[No response. Well, that's not actually true. There's no verbal response. There is, however, a physical one. Celes' nails dig into Kagerou a bit. It's hard to tell if she's doing it because she's angry, because she doesn't want to fall, a communiation of the two, or because she's scared.

It's probably the first two.

Either way, she won't be letting go until they're both safe and sound.]

Captain, you can relax. I promise you I won't let anything bad happen to you. Here, there, anywhere. Loyalty and strength is what I promised you, right? Well, this is your chance to show me you trust me.

Fine, but don't you dare disobey me again. After all, how can I be expected to trust you when you go against what I ask?

Oh... Whoops. Sorry about that, ah ha... I guess I didn't exactly think this sweeping gesture of friendship through, huh?

I'm starting to notice a pattern here. But very well, apology accepted. Since you've already got me, you might as well have the honor of carrying me up.

Aye aye, Captain! -And up they go! Kagerou demonstrates her strength under the full moon quite readily, Celestia barely a feather to her as she pulls her up, gently, with her to the roost.-

[Once on the roost, Celes takes great care to make sure she's safe before allowing herself to relax and get comfortable. She tilts her head back slowly, taking her sweet time to enjoy the beautiful view above her.]

...the view really is wonderful, isn't it?

[And to think she would have missed it if she had fallen asleep.]

It's absolutely beautiful... even back when I was a pup, before my mother taught me the significance of the moon to my people, I loved the moon...

The significance? I trust you mean besides the obvious, of course.

Oh, well... -Suddenly she comes across as very self conscious over her fur, tugging her sleeves down.- Y-yeah, that's what I meant...
