I'm starting to think that things start to hit the fan when it's time for new arrivals.

[It could be a good measurement of when things are going to hell, if anything.]

With the navy invading Isla Empezia a while ago, the sea witch making everyone crazed, and who knows what else will crop up, this can't be just a coincidence. [Hardly anything else was in his line of work.]

The new arrivals really have it rough. Was it always this troublesome from the beginning for the very first new arrivals?

Exactly. We could use this sort of logic to stock up on supplies and prepare for the worst.

Roger that. I think stocking up would be a good idea no matter the situation.

Probably more so at the beginning of the month.

True, especially since after the begining we're not allowed back on the island for a few weeks after.

I'm a bit surprised they haven't guarded their ports even more if they don't want us around that badly.

That is strange. It's like they hate us, but like us a tiny bit at the same time. It doesn't make sense.

Nothing really makes sense outside the navy hunting us down.

And their reason for hunting us is pretty much out of fear, wouldn't you think.

Definitely. They aren't even going to bother with seeing who wants to sail and who doesn't. There are some of us who don't wish to be pirates.

I know I don't want to. I mean sailing is fun and one can have adventures, but one can have that without being a pirate.

I agree. I can already see that the navy is corrupted if only in that way.
