Hello, everyone! This is Aida Mana, captain of the Shepherd! I'd like to thank everyone for the words of encouragement they gave me, and let everyone know that I'm resuming my role as captain of our crew!

I know it looks like we have a big challenge ahead of us all, but I'd like everyone to know - not just my crewmembers, but everyone out there on those high seas, that we can get through this! We've survived a lot so far, and we'll keep on doing it, no matter how tough things get!

If there's anything these last few months have proven to me... love, courage... it will all see us through! Even if we can't see it, it's still out there, over the next horizon! Whether it's the Navy, or the sea witch... it doesn't matter! I believe in you!

Just reminding everyone our next destination is Port Chance, where we intend to use the treasure we recently acquired in order to upgrade to a bigger ship! The Shepherd has carried us far for so long... we should take these next few weeks to remember what it's done for us! It's been our home, our safe haven... we'll never forget it!

That said, we have to be diligent, given the Navy is out there... I'm counting on you all!

Well, obviously... we can't stop you from doing what you have to do to defend yourself, Weiss-san.

But the Navy isn't actually that defenseless.

I'm not expecting them to be that defenseless, but when you're used to going up against a bunch of soulless monsters and everyone around you has aura, it's hard to assume whether it'll be an easy battle or a difficult one. I'd rather consider both ends of the spectrum.

[ She's not afraid to run if she has to, but she wants to know that if she has to do something else to protect someone she's not going to get in trouble for doing what she had to. ]

Mmm. You could ask around then. See what everyone remembers about the battle with the Navy on Isle Empieza.

I can tell you most of what I've encountered is ship to ship combat...

That's probably a good idea. It never hurts to prepare, even if we never run into whoever we're preparing for.

Ship to ship? Just firing the canons? [ Weiss has no idea how to operate a ship, but she knows she can probably freeze the water beneath the ship to maroon them temporarily.. at least that's one of the scenarios she's thought of that doesn't involve killing anyone. ]

Well, I was directly fighting the ships myself, as a Precure.

[ Weiss seems to think for a moment. ]

If I can get a good shot, I can use a glyph to get to the base of the ships, then freeze the water underneath them for about 3 ships based on how much dust I have. It shouldn't harm the crew unless the eyes busts the ship, but they'll have plenty of time to evacuate if they're beached on the ice. I only have that type of Dust for about 7 shots, so I can only miss once if I'm going to do that. It should avoid some confrontation without hurting anyone.
